Top new guards from 2025 Rankings Update Part 2

Grassroots Elite was a program we followed closely at our circuit events and we found a couple nice small college targets including Newman from that group. In both the summer high school action and grassroots action I caught, Woloshan was getting buckets. A bigger framed guard for his height, Woloshan did a nice job of creating contact first and stepping back to hit contested shots. I liked his ability to hit those tough shots that should translate to the college level. All their players know the system that they play and they do a nice job moving the basketball and working to get good shots. Cain fit like a glove as a utility guard at the grassroots level due to his passing and shooting ability. Not going to blow you away anywhere, Cain is steady and checks a lot of boxes. First getting on our radar at the 250 Expo last fall, Davis has continued to work and improve. A small-town stud, Davis and [player_tooltip player_id='2198853' first='Jack' last='Howland'] have Hillsboro headed in the right direction in the competitive FAC.
