Finn Lewis | 2030 | 5’2” | Guard | Wayzata (MN) | D1 Minnesota |
Finn was a top shooter and floor stretcher at the camp. Limitless range for a young guard that shoots it well beyond the line without even hesitating. Catch and shoot, step-back threes, you name it. Showed a lighting-quick handle and crossover game.
Tolu Taiwo Tolu Taiwo 5'10" | PF MN | 2029 | 5’10” | Forward | Oakland Middle School (MN) | Uncheckable Elite |
Tolu is an interesting prospect to me. He has a big and thick build that resembles a true post prospect. But he moved around fluidly defensively on the perimeter and moved well in general. He could not be kept off the offensive boards, and was continually creating extra possessions and scoring put-backs for his team. All-Camp Team selection.
Austin Sturges | 2030 | 5’0” | Guard | Jackson Middle School (MN) | PJ Hoops |
I thought Sturges brought excellent focus altogether, but it stood out immediately and more profoundly on the defensive side of the ball. He was laser focus at the camp and brought a solid and sound skill set. A skilled passer and shooter with a high level basketball IQ.
Spencer Folson Jr | 2030 | 5’0” | Guard | Skyview Middle School (MN) | PJ Hoops |
The youngster has an overall skill set and it allowed him to handle pressure defense and take care of the ball. He looked to share the ball and setup his teammates off the pass for scores.
Quinn Wells | 2029 | 5’11 | Guard/Wing | Liberty Middle School (ND) | ECI |
I hadn’t realized how well Quinn performed and looked until watching the action more closely online after the event. Has a long and slender frame to build upon. He showed some offensive game and scoring pop. Could pull from anywhere and was attacking off the drive. He has a swagger and confidence about his game that I think is an advantage for him and will take his game to a new level.
Hussein Isse Hussein Isse 5'7" | PG MN | 2029 | 5’7” | Guard | Apple Valley (MN) |
The long guard had a nice handle on the ball and some confidence with the ball in his possession. Could breakdown a defender and get them off balance. Was an aggressive scorer in the floater area.
Maurice Huff Maurice Huff 5'11" | PG MN | 2029 | 5’11” | Guard | Fridley Middle School (MN) | Spartans |
Huff earned All-Camp honors and he was in straight attack-mode and had a killer instinct about him. He has a highly physical body and overall game. Rebounded and secured it with power, then immediately turned into an offensive threat that needed instant defensive attention and awareness.
