We broke down our Player of the Year and the four other members of the All SoCal First Team here and in this piece we go in-depth on the All SoCal Fourth Team selections.
Isaac Williamson Isaac Williamson 6'1" | SG Riverside Poly | 2025 State #351 Nation CA-S | G | Jr. | Roosevelt
Williamson quickly became one of the premier defenders in the region as he took on the assignment of guarding the other team’s best perimeter play every game. Though the 6-foot-1 combo guard exerted a ton of effort and energy on the defensive end, he managed to also remind SoCal basketball followers that he’s one of the best three-point shooters in the state. Williamson averaged 12.2 points per game for the 31-4 Mustangs.
Angelino Mark Angelino Mark 6'2" | PG SO Notre Dame | 2025 State #358 Nation CA-S | G | Jr. | Sherman Oaks Notre Dame
Last summer and into fall league basketball, Mark established himself as one of the best basketball athletes in the state and he followed that up with a strong junior campaign where he showed he’s a basketball player in addition to explosive athleticism. Mark was the primary ball-handler and an elite transition finisher and playmaker for the Knights who went on to win the CIF Southern Section Division 1 championship.
Quincy Phillips Quincy Phillips 6'0" | PG St. Anthony | 2024 State CA-S | G | Sr. | St. Anthony
Of all 20 prospects we’ve mentioned in our All-SoCal teams thus far, Phillips is perhaps the least heralded of them all but the 6-foot point guard might’ve been the single most important piece to his team in the region. Phillips led St. Anthony on a historic run to the CIF Southern Section Division 2AA championship where the Saints defeated Rolling Hills Prep, 48-42. Phillips impacted every stat category with averages of better than 17 points, six rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.
Joe Sterling Joe Sterling 6'3" | PG Crespi | 2026 State CA-S | G | So. | Crespi
The one play that will stick out about Sterling’s season is the step-back three-pointer he hit to upset Sierra Canyon in the Mission League tournament but the 6-foot-3 guard had his scoring and basketball acumen on display long before that play. Sterling scored 25 or more points on the season seven times and shot 43 percent from three-point range on 212 attempts from deep.
Nate Garcia Nate Garcia 6'10" | C Damien | 2025 State #385 Nation CA-S | C | Jr. | Damien
If asked to name the most unstoppable force of a player in SoCal this season, Garcia’s name would be at or near the top of the list. The 7-foot, 270-plus pound center was a walking double-double as evidenced by his 19-point, 12.5-rebound per game averages and he put those numbers up while battling double, triple and sometimes even quadruple teams whenever he got a touch around the rim.
