Nelson is having a highly productive season at the varsity level for the Dragons. DeCoteau has shown the ability to score in a variety of ways at multiple levels while also showing potential on defense with his rim protecting. It is rare to see a 6’7″ frosh with his kind of skills. Nelson has impressive tools & length that make him and interesting & intriguing prospect.

Green is taking care of the basketball this season, which is a big reason why he moved into a starting role for the Hawks. He is playing off the ball more than a year ago and is having a terrific year shooting the basketball. Aiden has featured an elite rid-range pull-up jumper. When I have watched closely, it seems like he always pulls up going to his left. Green has held up on the defensive end while using his quickness to stay in front of attackers. The Hawk coaching staff has to be thrilled about Mr. Green’s potential!
Highlights
He starts on varsity and is having a high quality season. Undlin has size, length, jump shot, athletic ability, and big upside to grow. He is likely the most improved player for the Mavericks this season. Eli is a confident scorer (2nd on the team), and the leading rebounder for MLS. He has a knack for getting boards as he is excellent at reading where the ball is going. Eli is smart player, his game will continue to blossom, and his future is radiant!
He has had an excellent season. Boyd just got his varsity uniform last night! That is always exciting when a frosh gets that varsity uniform for the first time. Najeh plays basketball at a frenetic pace and he has shot the lights out this season. He is a gifted scorer & creator. A dynamic player in transition who can make something out of nothing. He consistently gets deep paint penetration and does a nice job of creating for others. Boyd has a bright future, if Najeh keeps growing, he will be a terror!
Brett has provided the Hawks with much-needed size/length in the interior on defense. While still a developing forward/BIG, Livingston continues to showcase his athleticism and improved offensive repertoire. I am intrigued with his length, improvement, and mobility on the court. He seems to always play hard as well. Keep eyes on this fledgling Hawk!

Tanner has an athletic frame standing at 6’5” which gives him the ability to be a threat inside and out. He had a bit of slow start to the season as he battled an illness most of December. Since returning, Kratcha has become a dominant player on both the C and JV teams. He has the size and footwork to finish strongly in the post but can also stretch outside with good shooting range. Tanner can handle the ball well and is able to create for himself easily off the bounce. On the defensive side, teams must be aware of where he is at all time as he can come from help-side and block your shot. Overall, Tanner has turned himself into one of those guys that you need to have on the court!
Highlights
This kid can flat out shoot it! Gunville is a player with the ability to change the game from behind the three point arc. His shoot looks really good, more importantly, it is accurate! Jalen also has an impressive physical stature for a freshman. His older brother Jaxon starts for the MSU Beavers, Jalen’s game has many of the same attributes as his big brother. But don’t forget, Gunville is not just a shooter, he is also a tough defender!
Majkrzak has cut his teeth this winter at the sub-varsity level and the Hawks have to be excited about this up-and-coming combo guard! Ryder is an elite shooter who can hit from long range. Majkrzak has also shown the ability to handle the rock and find the open teammate. He can thread the needle, make the flashy pass, the extra pass, and dish dimes. As Ryder grows a bit and adds more muscle, he is going to be one heck of a scary player!
Highlights
T-Bomb has been leading the Shanley JV team this winter. He is an elite scorer who can fill up the stat sheet in a hurry! Tommy’s length and skill make him a very difficult player to guard, as well as a versatile defender. His long arms and ability to hit the triple have caught my attention. The future looks promising for this young Deacon. He is another exceptional multi-sport athlete, Baumgartner is a special talent on the links.
Highlights
He started the season on the sophomore team and has worked his way up the varsity rotation. Stevenson is now playing 1 half of JV and two of varsity. Nate has a tremendous upside with a wide build and excellent footwork. His strength is his greatest attribute. Stevenson has the ability to score at all 3 levels. He rebounds on both ends of the court. With his strength and quickness, he can guard any position on the court! Nate is a quality multi-sport athlete, he will likely be the starting QB next fall for the Midget football team.
