Blackman scored just 15 first-half points, and while White’s presence was not the only reason, he did make everything within 5′ difficult.
Leading by two with four minutes left, Coach Rutland elected to go four-corners. Blackman did not foul, but pressured for minutes. Point guard Xialin Lenoir Xialin Lenoir 5'11" | PG Lavergne | 2024 State TN (LaVergne) broke by Garrison Eady Garrison Eady 6'2" | PG Blackman | 2025 State TN (Blackman) and found White sliding down the baseline and gave him a bounce pass.
