Boose reached the 1000 point mark on a free throw in a close loss to Genesee Christian. The high flying athlete doesn’t just score. He does it with some flare. Boose can get in the open floor and finish in a variety of ways, including above the rim. The athletic wing can get up off the floor, but that’s not nearly his entire game. Boose has a nice pull up jumper that he can bury even with a hand in his face.
Summer has been a model of consistency throughout his tremendous high school basketball career. That consistency has landed the Lenawee Christian star in the 1000 point club. He’s a strong and physical guard that can take advantage of matchups with his ability to score with power near the rim. Summer has a nice mid range game with a consistent jumper and the ability to find space for his shot.
Highlights
Kasat scored a game high 22 points in a 59-48 win against Southfield Christian. In the victory, the Lutheran Northwest star scored his 1000th high school point. It should really come as no surprise. He’s been an elite shooter with volleyball line type range on his jumper for years now. And when defenses step out on the shooter, Kasat has shown that he can get to the rim and draw fouls.
Brodi just celebrated back to back conference championships with his Utica team. At the same time, he can be celebrating the fact that he’s now in the elusive 1000 point club. Even better? He’s the first to hit that mark in the history of the program. He’s an athletic scorer that makes himself a threat from all 3 levels. Better yet? He’s a complete 2 way player. In fact, the last time I evaluated him it was his defense that stood out the most.
