We introduce our updated Class of 2025 rankings!! Rankings are subjective and PrepHoops.com ranks purely upon potential and where the player will be at their basketball peak. Production factors in only when helping prove the potential is greater or lesser. Why did we rank these guys? Why are they at this spot? Take a look at five Class of 2025 prospects and learn a little about their reputation. Peruse the complete 2025 rankings.

#126 LaMichael Porter LaMichael Porter LaMichael Porter 6'0" | PG Brainerd | 2025 State TN (Brainerd)

Handle. Quick. Needs to improve his outside shooting.

#127 Timothy Matthews Timothy Matthews Timothy Matthews 6'5" | SG/PG Cleveland | 2025 State TN (Hamilton)

Timothy competed at the PrepHoops 250 Expo back in September. Matthews is a lanky, athletic wing. Good natural hooper. He can score from a variety of points on the floor. One knock is that he lacks defensive discipline and can lose focus sometimes. Matthews owns nice height for his position, SG. That makes him worth a look. There is a concerning rawness to his game though. Needs to add good weight.

#128 Jack Townsend Jack Townsend Jack Townsend 6'1" | SG The King's Academy | 2025 State TN (Kings Academy)

Jack dropped 16 points on Lakeway late January. Lefty. Great strength. Hard-worker. Must be absolutely electric on both ends to thrive beyond high school. Most likely, Jack will be recruited because he can defend multiple positions, score in the mid-range or at the rim, and rebound exceptionally for a guard. High-academic. Great GPA (4.2).

#129 Cody McGhee (Millington)

Millington High gets 6.2 points per game from Cody McGhee. Cody plays football too. A strength of Cody is that he snaps passes with precision and weight. He competes on every play. Hurting Cody's college chances are his height and weight. Right now Cody is quite small for a college guard, though he athleticism and mindset are quite good. Speed is marketable. Intense on-ball defender.

#130 Auden Slaughter Auden Slaughter 6'2" | PG Santa Fe | 2025 State TN (Santa Fe)

Auden Slaughter Auden Slaughter 6'2" | PG Santa Fe | 2025 State TN is one the best scorers statewide. Just today the Mr. Basketball Finalists were announced, and Auden missed the cut. Hillcrest's Jordan Allen Jordan Allen Jordan Allen 5'10" | PG Hillcrest | 2024 State TN , Malaki Brooks Malaki Brooks Malaki Brooks 6'1" | PG Union City | 2024 State TN (Union City), Jordan McCullum Jordan McCullum Jordan McCullum 6'8" | SF Harriman | 2024 State TN (Harriman) are the 1A Mr. Basketball Finalists. Next year Auden will be a favorite for the Class 1A Mr. Basketball Award.

Auden is putting up 33 ppg and 12 rpg for a fantastic Santa Fe High team.
