There were some very talented frontcourt players on hand at the tournament. Here is a look at some of those standout forwards.
Collin Clark Collin Clark 6'7" | SF Greenwood | 2025 State MO (Greenwood): The 6’7 2025 forward is a matchup problem with his size and skill set in the perimeter. He had 15 points and nine rebounds in the championship game. He can really stretch the floor with his 3-point shooting. He can raise up and shoot it over a defender in the lane. He is an excellent passer who can see over the defense to deliver some pinpoint passes.
Joseph Graves Joseph Graves 6'6" | PF RUSH Homeschool | 2024 State MO (RUSH): The 6’6 2024 forward averaged 17 points in the tournament to help lead RUSH to the tournament title. The big lefty has an old school back to the basket post game that is tough to stop. He’s physically strong and he holds his position against anyone. He wheels and deals in the lane with a soft shooting touch inside. He has excellent footwork inside and he also makes good use of pump fakes to keep defenders off balance. He’s had a great career with more than 2,000 points to his credit.
Garrett Winslow Garrett Winslow 6'5" | PF Greenwood Laboratory School | 2024 MO (Greenwood): A 6’6 2024 forward who has a very solid game in the post. He is a physical player who loves to battle for position in the low post and for rebounding. He has a big body and he stays active around the basket. He had 10 points and he blocked four shots in the championship game.
Caleb Quade (College Heights Christian): A 6’4″ 2024 forward who earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team with his athleticism and all around play. He scored a game-high 25 points in his team’s victory over McAuley Catholic in the third-place game. He works the baseline and low post for easy buckets in the paint. He had some impressive drives and he was also hitting jumper from 15 to 17 feet. He also displayed his athleticism by throwing down dunks in the transition game.
Jace Allen (RUSH): A 6’3″ 2025 forward who is very solid and who does a lot of positive things to help his team besides scoring. He is a physical player who does a good job of setting screens and getting on the offensive boards. He operates well from the high post as he showed that he can hit the jumper from the elbow.
Bradley Wagner (McAuley Catholic): A 2024 forward who plays with a lot of energy and activity. I like how he was getting out of his area to chase down rebounds to get extra possessions for his team. He was knocking down the jumper from the high post and he could drive it as well. He was a capable scorer with both hands around the basket as he could sweep across the lane with good footwork.
