Beachnau is a Hope College commit and has been playing excellent basketball for a while now. He was a top performer this fall at the Prep Hoops Michigan Top 250 and hasn’t let up since. Beachnau scored a game high 22 points in the win. He continues to get better and it looks like Hope College is adding a high upside prospect.
Huntley was key in Loy Norrix’s impressive 67-60 win against Wyoming Lee. His game passes the eye test, that much is certain. He a fast twitch athlete that can create space and seems to be comfortable playing at any pace. Huntley finished the game with 15 points.
Whitfield is an exciting player that seems to have that “it” factor for Wyoming Lee. You have to guard him from opening tip because if he gets going, he GETS GOING. Well, he got going at Love And Basketball. In his team’s close loss, Whitfield scorched the nets for a game high 27 points.
Ezekiel Pegura

Pegura sent a message about his team and his game at Love And Basketball. He has a nose for the ball and always seems to be around it and in position to make play. He sees the action really well defensively and is always a threat to knock a ball loose or deflect a pass. Pegura finished the Edswardsburg win against Parchment with 20 points and took home the game MVO.
Don’t let the small school fool you, Bierhalter and Jacob Pleyer are a TOUGH backcourt to matchup with. Bierhalter definitely has next level strength, toughness and positional size. He scored 17 points and was highly influential on both ends of the floor in Watervliet’s 56-45 win against Ottawa Hills.
Highlights
5 wasn’t enough the first time, and as it turns out, isn’t enough for even the second try. I’m going to give you a plus 1 this time. Why? Because the young man deserves it.

When you go from no mentions on a prep basketball site to 2 in 3 days, well put simply, that’s how you get ranked. Paw Paw picked up a convincing win and Bowen was a huge part of the victory. He finished with 19 points and a game MVP. Bowen does a great job not forcing the issue, trusting his teammates and letting the game come to him. This helps him play a very efficient brand of basketball.
