I knew very early in the high school season that Vachon had a place in the prospect rankings. He’s a true point guard that effectively uses dribble combos to attack the lane and make plays from there. Vachon has a fast first step that can put a defender on his hip. Once in the lane with the ball, he has the ability to create and make plays for himself and his teammates.
Silkworth is and will be a key piece of an up and coming Ann Arbor Skyline squad. He has a very strong frame that allows him to play much bigger than his height. Silkworth uses his strength to battle for position under the rim and to control and move his matchup on defense. He’s a quicker forward which allows him to easily switch on screens.
Coleman was a must add prospect at this update. The young man has been a big time bucket getter all season for Millington. I’ve become surprised if I DON’T see him drop a 20 plus point game. Coleman is very good at creating looks at the rim off the bounce. He’s a multi level scorer that can finish at the rim, but just as easily utilize a strong mid range game.
Smith is an exciting addition to the class of 2025 prospect rankings. He’s a forward that carries a ton of upside. Smith is an athletic player that does a nice job finding space near the rim and making himself available for the pass. He’s bouncy under the rim and can get off the ground extremely quickly. Smith has strong hands and can finish at the rim in traffic.
Highlights
Jones is a prospect that a lot of college coaches will want to be very aware of. He’s had a very good junior season and has shown a lot of growth in his game. It will be exciting to see what he does with his skill set between now and next season. Jones has shown the ability to get hot and put up points on the offensive end of the floor.
