Isaiah Fuller Isaiah Fuller 6'4" | SF Austin | 2024 State AL (6’5/Wing/’24/Austin)

Isaiah is an athletic wing with good positional size and has been a steady presence for his squad. He makes his presence felt on the glass, as he is a potential double-digit rebounder every time he steps on the floor. His all-around game has been seen throughout the year as he initiates the offense, rims and run getting his team out in transition, and is constantly putting pressure on the rim. His versatility will be a key as the playoffs begin, and if he can provide double-digit scoring, which he is capable of, on top of double-digit rebounding, look for Isaiah to give Austin a chance when the playoffs get going.
Keith Stampley Keith Stampley 6'4" | PF Dothan | 2024 State AL (6’4/PF/’24/Dothan)

Keith has really come on since the beginning of January and has been a lot more aggressive, as he is now dominating the glass. He hasn’t been required to be an offensive weapon because he is surrounded by high-powered guards who can score the rock. However, he has been providing some scoring that will give his squad interior production from the frontcourt. On the defensive end of the floor is where his versatility is really seen, as he can guard the 1-5. He is also a shot-blocking threat, which allows his teammates to play more aggressively on the perimeter. With the game often slowing down in the playoffs, look for Keith to provide valuable production on both ends of the floor as Dothan looks to make a run to Birmingham.
Gavin Collett Gavin Collett 6'3" | SG Chelsea | 2024 State AL (6’3/Wing/’24/Chelsea)

Gavin has had a fantastic season, being a constant source of production for Chelsea. His senior leadership, along with his experience, has proven key throughout the season. He has really stepped up his play in area play as he has stepped up his scoring production and is averaging 12.3 ppg. Gavin is a player who is willing to do whatever it takes to win, as shown in his willingness to get after 50/50 balls and the fact that he has taken a mouth-dropping 43 charges. His toughness, high IQ, and unselfish play are what Coach Baumbaugh is hoping will be the catalyst to catapult his team to a deep playoff run.
Sam Barclift Sam Barclift 6'0" | CG Albertville | 2024 State AL (6’0/CG/’24/Albertville)
IG: sambarclift
Sam has been a steady presence for his squad this year. He has been everything his coaches have hoped he would be as a senior and one of the leaders on the team. He provides his squad with high-level shooting, good court vision, dynamic passing skills, and facilitating ability. He is showing what a senior leader with experience should be bringing to the court as the season winds down. Sam just won the county tournament MVP, and he looks ready to be a key piece to his team’s success as the playoffs quickly approaches.
Jordan Franklin Jordan Franklin 6'4" | CG Auburn | 2024 State AL (5’10/CG/’24/Auburn)
Jordan is a tough combo guard who can impact the game, whether he has the ball in his hands or is playing without it. He is a two-way talent that forces his opponent to give maximum effort on every possession. He has provided production throughout the year as a playmaker who can orchestrate the offense, score off the bounce, and is very good at making tough shots. He is a disruptive defender who makes ball-handlers earn everything when trying to run their offense. His team expects a deep playoff run and looks for Jordan to be the catalyst to whatever success they find once the post-season begins.
Eli Stapler Eli Stapler PG Huntsville | 2025 State AL (6’1/PG/’25/Huntsville)

I have put ink on Eli within the last month, but when talking about under-the-radar players who could impact the playoffs, there is no way I can leave Eli out of this article. I have said it before, and I will say it again: if Huntsville is going to win State, Eli will be a key piece to the journey. He is where everything starts for the Panthers. His ability to put and keep the offense in what Coach Schweers wants possession after possession shows his PG IQ and leadership skills. With the pressure of being the favorite to win 7A, Eli will have to be the stabilizing force throughout the playoffs, especially with everyone will be looking to give the Panthers their best shot.
