Tyler Betsey Tyler Betsey 6'8" | SF St. Thomas More | 2024 State #32 Nation NLG takes over the top spot in our rankings after a strong start to the prep season. Kur Teng Kur Teng 6'4" | SG Bradford Christian | 2024 State #37 Nation NLG and Kayvaun Mulready Kayvaun Mulready 6'4" | CG Worcester Academy | 2024 State #90 Nation NLG hold down spots #2 and #3, respectively; while newcomer Nojus Indrusaitis Nojus Indrusaitis 6'5" | SG Brewster Academy | 2024 State #79 Nation NLG checks in at #4, with George Turkson George Turkson 6'8" | PF Bradford Christian | 2024 State #123 Nation NLG rounding out the Top 5!
At the time of publishing, all 10 of our Top 10 ranked prospects have announced their college commitments. In fact, 21 of the Top 25 have made their college commitments known; beyond even that, 36 of the current Top 50 have already decided on their college destinations for next fall.
In all, there are now 175 prospects ranked in New England. They come from high schools and prep schools in all six New England states and range from Top 50 prospects nationally all the way to regional, small college recruits.
The rankings include 81 prospects from Massachusetts, 50 from Connecticut, 19 from New Hampshire, 10 from Rhode Island, 8 from Maine, and 7 from Vermont.
Positionally, they include 19 point guards, 31 combo guards, 35 shooting guards, 36 small forwards, 27 power forwards, and 27 centers.
The rankings in New England always carry a good amount of fluctuation due to the high number of prep schools in the region, as a number of prospects transfer into New England or choose to reclassify each spring. This is our first ranking that highlights those changes for this academic year!
