Hendrix Loughridge Hendrix Loughridge 6'8" | PF Seven Rivers Christian School | 2025 FL | F | 2025 | Seven Rivers | @morgan_McLeod41
2023 stats: 19.0 PPG – 13.6 rebounds
Loughridge is one of the longer framed prospects on the list standing around 6-foot-7 with a lengthy wingspan. Loughridge has exerted his height this season and has been effective on the boards while deterring layup attempts. He’s flashed decent athleticism to finish dunks near the basket as well. When breaking down his game, he’s a fluid forward product with decent athleticism to help attack rebounds and protect the rim.
Mario Forbes Mario Forbes 6'7" | PF St. John Paul II | 2025 State FL | F | 2025 | St. John Paul II | @MarioForbes23
2023 stats: 18.9 PPG – 16.0 rebounds – 1.3 blocks
Forbes is a good-framed junior prospect at 6-7, 190 pounds who brought summer momentum into the season where he’s dominating from the field (54% FG) and attacking the boards, leading his team in both categories. Forbes is becoming more comfortable on the floor and understanding what he needs to do to maximize his impact. That’s providing consistent scoring output while being a beast at the rim.
Axel Acevedo Axel Acevedo 6'6" | PF Mckeel Academy | 2025 State FL | F | 2025 | Mckeel Academy | @axelacevedo310
2023 stats: 9.8 PPG – 6.0 rebounds
One of my Top Paint Beasts in Polk has been making noise since the off-season. Once this kid finds his footing on this McKeel squad, I’d expect his to use his size and physicality to average a double-double with points and rebounds. He also adds to the defensive end with his ability to deter layups and easy drives. He’s a riser prospect in the Polk County area who will be looking to generate some interest around his recruitment this fall season. Just check the film: good motor, active hands, and crashes the boards on both ends.
Arcadian Davis | F | 2026 | Lennard | @arcadian_davis
2023 stats: 16.9 PPG – 8.4 rebounds – 1.6 blocks
Davis is an explosive going forward that’s growing into his game and body but man the athleticism is something to get eyes on. The lefty stands around 6-6 with plenty of time to add weight to his lengthy frame. Impressed with the early season numbers and how he moves on film.
Rickjerlin Senior | F | 2024 | Bartow | @rickjerlin
2023 stats: 11.3 PPG – 10.4 rebounds – 1.4 blocks
This kid has fallen under the radar in the Polk area as he’s leading the Bartow Yellow Jackets in multiple categories through 10 games this season. A decent frame at small/power forward at the Prep level but it’s the physicality and athleticism that helps Senior attack the basket and eat at the rim. Got to get eyes on him!
