Braylon makes his debut in the 2025 rankings at #28. He is a big-time score-first PG. His ability to score the rock is amongst the best in the class. I recently laid eyes on Braylon last month for the first time; however, I had heard many people talking about him. He was all of what I had heard and then some. He is a dynamic multi-level scorer who can get a bucket from anywhere on the court at any moment of the game.
Kaden Rickard Kaden Rickard 6'4" | SG Bob Jones | 2025 State AL (6’5/G/’25/Westminster Christian Academy)

Kaden makes his debut in the 2025 rankings at #31. He is a versatile scoring threat at the wing spot. He has length and can put the rock on the floor and score over the top of most defenders. His playmaking abilities continue to emerge, and after the departure of Chase McCarty, the keys to the squad are his. He was impressive in last season’s final four, and his team will need high-level performances night in and night out for his team to return to Birmingham.
Fredrick Derrick (5’10/PG/’25/Buckhorn HS)

Fredrick, AKA ‘Fred-Fred,’ makes his debut in the 2025 rankings at #32. He is a solid PG who is in control of the lead guard responsibilities for his squad. He was a key piece to the puzzle for Buckhorn as they won the 6A State Championship last season. He has entered into the 2023-2024 season with a lot of expectations on him, and from what I have seen, he is embracing and accepting it all. Look for Fred-Fred to again be the catalyst for Buckhorn’s hopes of repeating as State Champions.
Miles Hannah Miles Hannah 6'0" | CG Keith | 2025 State AL (6’0/CG/’25/Keith HS)

Miles makes his debut in the 2025 rankings at #34. Miles is an athletic backcourt player who is explosive off the bounce. He balances scoring and facilitating and brings a lot of production when in either mode. He is a playmaker with a solid skill set, court vision, passing skills, and scoring capabilities at all levels. He plays with Tommy Tisdale Tommy Tisdale 6'2" | CG Keith | 2024 State AL , one of the best scorers in the state, and together, they are one of the best 1-2 punches in the state.
Jalen Dashaun Glover (6’1/CG/’25/Mae Jemison HS)

X/Twitter: @Lfjalen0
Jalen makes his debut in the 2025 rankings at #42. He is an aggressive guard off the bounce and one of the best in the class in isolation situations. He is a difficult cover who makes it very hard to recover once he gets a step on his defender. He is loaded with finishing tools and will confront size and shot blockers at the rim. As good as Jalen is at scoring the rock, he is a versatile backcourt prospect who can thrive with or without the ball in his hands.
Tanner Chandler Tanner Chandler 6'4" | SF Mortimer Jordan | 2025 State AL (6’3/G|F/’25/Mortimer Jordan)
IG: tanner_chandler1
Tanner makes his debut in the 2025 rankings at #43. He has a good chance to end up leading the state in scoring, as he currently is averaging 25ppg. He is a walking double-double and is really showing his scoring prowess. He is crafty with the rock and can get it done with his shot from the perimeter, as well as his ability to knife through defenses and finish in the paint and at the cup. His stock is really rising, and I do not see that changing any time soon with the level at which he is playing right now.
Houston Cunningham Houston Cunningham 6'1" | PG Theodore | 2025 State AL (6’1/PG/’25/Theodore HS) 24

Houston makes his debut in the 2025 rankings at #45. I really like Hosuton’s willingness to go to the glass. He is one of the better-rebounding guards in this class. He is a source of constant production in the areas of scoring, assists, and rebounding. Houston is also a good orchestrator as he keeps his team in rhythm and flowing in what his coach wants. His play and leadership will be key to Theodore’s success this year.
