Bobcat of Daviess County Classic Round 2 results
The semi-final round of the Bobcat of Daviess County Classic took place last night. In the first semi-final game, 1A Evansville Christian defeated 3A Scottsburg behind senior guard Josiah Dunham Josiah Dunham 6'0" | PG Evansville Christian | 2024 State IN scoring 20 points and adding 5 rebounds. In the second semi-final game. Brownstown Central handled host North Daviess behind Parker Hehman Parker Hehman 6'0" | PG Brownstown Central | 2024 IN scoring 10 points and 5 assists. Evansville Christian will play Brownstown Central in the championship tonight at 8pm tonight. Important note: Brownstown Central senior guard and Purdue signee Jack Benter Jack Benter 6'4" | SG Brownstown Central | 2024 State #121 Nation IN will not be playing tonight.

2025 shooting guard Dominique Murphy Jr Dominique Murphy Jr 6'5" | SG East Chicago Central | 2025 State #242 Nation IN had himself a game last night. In the East Chicago Central 80-73 win over Merrillville last night, the 6’5 two-guard scored a total of 27 points in the win. Murphy Jr. has great size on the perimeter and plays with a real aggressiveness on the offensive end. What makes him such a top prospect is that he can score about anywhere on the floor at an easy rate. Murphy Jr and East Chicago Central host Chicago Kenwood (Ill.) tonight.
Guerin Catholic gets road win over Indianapolis Roncalli
The Golden Eagles were able to improve to 7-2 last night. On the road, 3A Guerin Catholic defeated 4A Indianapolis Roncalli 55-48. Guerin Catholic was led by junior forward Bryson Cardinal Bryson Cardinal 6'6" | PF Guerin Catholic | 2025 State IN with 16 point while senior wing Dylan Murans Dylan Murans 6'7" | SF Guerin Catholic | 2024 State IN added 14 points. Roncalli was led in scoring by senior shooting guard Drew Kegerreis Drew Kegerreis 6'3" | SG Roncalli | 2024 State IN with a game-high 18 points. Guerin Catholic will participate in the Lawrenceburg Tournament while Roncalli will be in the Batesville Tournament next week.
