Ethan Mgbako Ethan Mgbako 6'5" | SF Roselle Catholic | 2026 State NJ , 6’5 SF Roselle Catholic
Mgbako has the potential to have a big sophomore season with his ability to impact the game at both ends of the floor. The 6’5 wing attacks the basket strong as he can finish through contact and has a nice touch around the basket. Mgbako has a good release on his jumper and can knock down open jumpers from behind the arc. He slides his feet on the defensive end and fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor. Mgbako is a skilled forward prospect whose ability to finish inside and out should help his game in a big way this season.
Al’Tariq Reevey Al’Tariq Reevey 6'8" | C Life Center | 2026 State NJ , 6’9 C Life Center Academy
Reevey posted a triple-double in his last game and should have more games like that this season. The 6’9 post swats almost everything around the basket and is able to hold his ground down low. Reevey skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor, creating second chance opportunities for his team. He elevates for dunks around the rim and is able to draw contact down low. Reevey is an athletic forward prospect, whose stock is beginning to climb with his ability to control the paint.
Gerald Elwell Gerald Elwell 6'4" | PF Payne Tech | 2026 State NJ , 6’4 PF Payne Tech
Elwell has established himself as the Lions’ go-to player down low as he started the season off with a 20-20 game. The 6’4 forward uses his strong frame to establish position down low and finishes nicely around the basket. Elwell routinely draws contact down low and sets good screens in the halfcourt. He is tough to box out on both ends and is an underrated defender. Elwell is a physical forward prospect who should continue to have strong games for Payne Tech in 2023-24.
Alex Daniel Alex Daniel 6'2" | SF Wildwood Catholic | 2026 State NJ , 6’2 SF Wildwood Catholic
Daniel has started off the season on a good note as he has led his team in scoring in the first two games. The 6’2 forward has a nice handle, which he uses to get to the rim off the bounce and finish around the basket. Daniel is more than just a slasher as he can knock down open jumpers on the perimeter and sets his feet before he shoots. He is a solid passer and makes plays on the defensive end. Daniel should continue to play at a high level for Wildwood Catholic, which will help him and the Crusaders this season.
Ryan Hilongos Ryan Hilongos 6'5" | PF St. Joe's Metuchen | 2026 State NJ , 6’5 PF St. Joe’s Metuchen
Hilongos has the potential to have a strong season for the Falcons with his ability to play inside and out. The 6’5 forward has a good faceup game as he can knock down jumpers from distance and also put the ball on the floor. Hilongos finishes nicely around the basket and is able to draw contact in the paint. He moves well without the ball in his hands and is an underrated rebounder. Hilongos’ ability to stretch the floor is something that will help his stock in a big way this season.
