White Castle
The White Castle Bulldogs are the premier team in 1A basketball year end and year out. They are led by senior guard Javen Deloch Javen Deloch 6'1" | CG White Castle | 2024 State LA and senior forward Carlos Harris. Some other key players are junior guard Chance Loyell Chance Loyell 6'1" | SG White Castle | 2025 State LA and junior forward Rontrell Jackson.The Bulldogs lost in the semifinals of the state playoffs last season. They open the season Nov.28th against Donaldsonville.
Franklin
The Franklin Hornets have a good core group returning. They are led by senior guard Jkylon Ceasar and senior guard Tavon Ballet. Some other key players junior guard Christopher Clennon and junior guard Amarion Edwards. They have started the season with 2 wins and 1 loss this year.
Oakdale
The Oakdale Warriors have a solid nucleus returning. They are led by senior point guard Deekota Johnson and senior forward Elijah Anderson.
