Greyson Horton (5’7/PG/’27/The Altamont School)
IG: grey_pg11
Evaluation Event: Pelham Thanksgiving Tourney
I had heard about Greyson from quite a few people, and this was the first time I saw him in action. I have to admit, he did not disappoint. Even though he is a young lead guard, he is very reliable. He handles the rock very well, is shifty off the bounce, and plays with a good pace. He does a good job balancing scoring and facilitating and brings production when in either mode. He is tough to contain off the bounce and does a good job breaking down defenders and collapsing defenses. He is a tough and crafty finisher and is a good distributor of the rock. He is an emerging prospect in the state that will get a lot of ink over the next couple of years.
Jayden Robinson Jayden Robinson 6'7" | PF Pelham | 2026 State AL (6’7/PF|C/’26/Pelham HS)

Evaluation Event: Pelham Thanksgiving Tourney
Jayden is the man in the middle for Pelham. He does a good job locking down the paint and limiting opposing teams’ interior production. He has size and length, and he causes a lot of problems as he is a dominant shot-blocker. If he cannot get to the shot, he alters them, which is just as helpful for his squad. He is very active on the glass, and even though he is still developing offensively, if he can be impactful in his role of contesting shots and dominating the glass, he will give his squad a chance to compete night in and night out.
Tyrique Clark Tyrique Clark 6'0" | CG Sparkman | 2026 State AL (6’0/CG/’26/Sparkman HS)

Evaluation Event: Vestavia Hills Sneaky Pete’s Rebel Classic
Tyriue quickly got my attention as he showed a brilliant floor game and production in the mid-range. Some good guards have come through the Sparkman program, and Tyrique has the opportunity to emerge as another one to come through the ranks. He showed his ability to score the rock and was getting it done off the bounce. It is still early in the season, and Tyrique is young, but he showed a scoring arsenal that, as he continues to gain confidence and be comfortable with his role, he could emerge into a huge contributor in the scoring column.
Jalen Dashaun Glover (6’1/CG/’25/Mae Jemison HS)
IG: Lf.jalen0
X/Twitter: @Lfjalen0
Evaluation Event: Vestavia Hills Sneaky Pete’s Rebel Classic
Jalen is a downhill attacking guard who applies constant pressure on opponents. He is very tough off the bounce and defenders had a lot of problems trying to contain him. There is no settling in his game, and he will, at times, force the issue and take tough shots, but he proved to be a tough shot-maker in the midst. Jalen is dominant in isolation situations and showed his array of finishing tools along with a soft touch and good body control. When he initiated the offense, he showed he could be trusted with the offensive keys.
Koby Johnson Koby Johnson 6'0" | CG Baldwin County | 2025 State AL (5’11/CG/’25/Baldwin County HS)
IG: Backend_k1
X/Twitter: @Kobyjohnson06
Evaluation Event: Vestavia Hills Sneaky Pete’s Rebel Classic
Koby is a guard that can play on and off the ball. He was at his best when the ball was in his hands, and he was looking to get to the cup. He kept defenders on their heels as he was tough to contain and found his way to the cup quite often. He made his presence felt as he attacked and finished through contact. Koby showed that he can get a bucket from the outside, from the midrange, or by making his way to the rim for a finish or foul. He has an opportunity to really increase his stock over his final two years.
Emanuel Johnson Emanuel Johnson 5'10" | PG Oak Mountain | 2024 AL (5’10/CG/’24/Oak Mountain HS)
IG: 3mxnn
X/Twitter: @Emannn_4
Evaluation Event: Vestavia Hills Sneaky Pete’s Rebel Classic
Emmanuel is a gritty and feisty competitor. He is a slasher with a quick first step who relentlessly attacks the rim. He does a good job collapsing the defense and making high-end decisions with the rock. He is listed as a combo guard, but I would like to see him focus on his PG play and developing his PG IQ. I am not sure if he is looking to get to the next level, but that is a part of his game where he will have to show more production. His energy and effort are contagious, and he is the caliber player that gives each possession his all.
