Perry Fields Perry Fields 6'1" | CG Constitution | 2024 State PA | 6’2 G 2024 Constitution
Fields comes to the Generals from Boys Latin where he did a lot of a few things and a little of everything else. In his new uniform, he’s simply going to make winning plays. Fields doesn’t need a play called for him; he can live off of steals-turned into fastbreaks and offensive rebounds. Then he’s going to bust the other team’s tail on defense. Next to Amir Speights Amir Speights 6'4" | PF Constitution | 2024 State PA & Kyree Latimer Kyree Latimer 6'3" | CG Constitution | 2024 State PA , his unselfishness should take him and them a long way.
Dwayne Figueroa | 6’6 F 2024 Carver E&S
After a summer locked in the gym, Figueroa is taking the next step in his development. He should be a walking double-double, able to win with his length and verticality on the offensive glass then score on putbacks. His touch around the hoop factors in there too. Figueroa has also shown strides in his jumper, reliable from the high post and increasingly from deep. He could be the x-factor for E&S.
Darrius Gaeta Darrius Gaeta 6'1" | CG Northeast | 2024 State PA | 6’1 G 2024 Northeast
He’s not getting the respect he deserves all the way out in the Northeast, but Gaeta is a certified dog and hooper. He’s a true point guard who is a threat to score, but more of a playmaker. He can win with strength or burst, then quickly process what’s in front of him to make the correct read. And if an opposing guard is hot, Gaeta will eagerly shut him down with his on-ball defense.
Saleem Hudson | 6’1 G 2024 Dobbins
Hudson was the signal-caller for Dobbins a season ago; but they’ll need him to raise the stakes as a senior. He’s wired to create for others instead of looking for his own shot and he can do so because of how well he sees the floor. However, don’t sag off of him or go under the screen. Hudson’s becoming more ready and willing to cash the three if you do.
Azeem Murphy Azeem Murphy 6'4" | SF Math, Civics, & Sciences | 2024 State PA | 6’4 F 2024 MCS
Without Nasseem Wright, the Elephants will lean heavily on Murphy. The burley forward is more than capable of bodying up his man on the low block. He has some short-area quickness to go with his strength inside. Murphy can score with his back to the basket or faceup and get to his middy. His skillset balances out perfectly with the flurry of young guards they have.
