Alex Grospe Alex Grospe 5'10" | PG South River | 2025 State NJ , 5’10 PG South River
Grospe drove the Rams’ offense last season as he helped lead them to the sectional title. The 5’10 guard has a tight handle, which he uses to beat his man off the bounce and finishes in a number of ways around the basket. Grospe has a nice touch on his floater and wastes little motion in his release. He threads passes to open teammates in the halfcourt and gets deflections on defense. Grospe is a true point guard prospect who will be tasked with a larger scoring role this season for South River.
Jalen Fleming Jalen Fleming 6'4" | SF Timothy Christian | 2025 State NJ , 6’4 SF Timothy Christian
Fleming had a big sophomore season for the Tigers and should have an even bigger junior campaign. The 6’4 wing is at his best attacking the basket as he elevates for dunks and is unafraid of drawing contact. Fleming uses his size to see over his defender and sets his feet before he shoots. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his athleticism to make plays on defense. Fleming is a lanky wing prospect who will be making plays at both ends of the floor throughout the season.
Myles Dickerson Myles Dickerson 6'4" | SF Timothy Christian | 2025 State NJ , 6’4 SF Timothy Christian
Dickerson joins Fleming on the perimeter, giving Timothy Christian an intriguing duo on the wing. The 6’4 wing uses a quick first step to beat his defender off the bounce and can finish through contact. Dickerson is more than just a shooter as he has a nice release on his jumper and can make opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He can find open teammates in the halfcourt and is an underrated defender. Dickerson will have the ball in his hands more this season, which will help his game in a big way.
Aiden Ur Aiden Ur 6'4" | PG St. Thomas Aquinas | 2025 State NJ , 6’4 PG St. Thomas Aquinas
Ur is an intriguing prospect to watch in the class as he gets to put his versatility on display. The St. John Vianney transfer plays with poise on the ball as he rarely gets rattled by on-ball pressure and makes good decisions with the ball in his hands. Ur can also play off the ball as he finds open space within the offense and can knock down open triples. He has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor and is an underrated rebounder. Ur is a long guard prospect who will be looking to make an impact in his debut season for the Trojans.
Jadiel Manzueta Jadiel Manzueta 5'11" | PG Perth Amboy | 2025 State NJ , 5’11 PG Perth Amboy
Manzueta has the potential to break out this season as he will get more touches on the offensive end. The 5’11 guard has a nice shooting stroke and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Manzueta moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open layups and jumpers in the halfcourt. He has the ability to run the offense and is an underrated passer. Manzueta’s ability to shoot the ball from distance is something that will help his stock throughout the 2023-24 season.
