Players are assigned to teams based on what county they live throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. The 10th year of the league tipped off this past weekend and Prep Hoops Next was in attendance for the opening day. His relentless defensive efforts and his ability to make key offensive contributions make him an invaluable asset to his team. Brutley's rapid rise is a testament to his dedication and skill.
