With three of their top four scorers returning to a league that was hit pretty hard by graduation, Westwood could be in line to make a big jump up the league standings this season, and if they do, Muenchrath will be one of the the primary reasons why.
First Team
2025 Brody Muenchrath Brody Muenchrath 6'0" | SG Westwood | 2025 State IA (Westwood): 17.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.2 steals
The leading returning scorer in the conference, Muenchrath put up over 17 points a game as a sophomore, which is noteworthy regardless of class or conference. He should average north of 20 a night for the Rebels this season.
2025 Gage Semple (Lawton-Bronson): 13.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 1.7 steals, 40.4 3P%
Semple knocked down 57 3-pointers as a sophomore and has established himself as the best shooting threat in the conference. Look for him to have a breakout year as an all-around scorer as a junior.
2024 Beau Goodwin (Kingsley-Pierson): 13.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.5 steals, 50.0 FG%
An efficient 6-4 forward, Goodwin led the Panthers in scoring, rebounding, and assists as a junior. His court vision out of the low block is impressive, and he’s a good finisher around the rim.
2024 Drew Kluender (Woodbury Central): 10.8 points, 9.1 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.5 steals, 1.2 blocks
A strong, physical 6-3 forward, Kluender cold be in line to average a double-double for the Wildcats as a senior. He has soft hands and does a great job using his physicality to control the painted area on both ends of the floor.
2024 Carson Topf Carson Topf 5'11" | SG Westwood | 2024 IA (Westwood): 13.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 2.3 steals
Topf will pair with Muenchrath to give the Rebels the top one-two punch in the league. He’s a good rebounder and capable playmaker who can also get to the bucket fairly routinely for finishes.
