Joshua Figures (5’11/G/’26/Murphy HS)
Joshua is still putting it all together when it comes to his overall game. He showed some bright spots, but I am going to have to be able to see more development and how he contributes to the team this upcoming season. He showed okay handles and the ability to get to his spots where he could get his shot attempts. He was really effective with his middle game, and if he can hone that and make that a key piece to his game, he will have something he can lean on as he continues to develop other aspects of his overall play.
Aaron Morris Aaron Morris 5'11" | PG Restortation Academy | 2024 State AL (5’11/G/’24/Restoration Academy)

Aaron did a good job at initiating offense and orchestrating throughout the camp. His team struggled with chemistry, but he did a good job rallying the troops and ensuring everyone was getting touches in the best way he could with the challenges his team faced. He did a good job creating something out of nothing when things broke down. He shot the ball well from deep and finished well at the cup off the bounce.
Peyton Moore (6’3/G/’27/Carrollton HS)

Peyton has good positional size for an incoming freshman. He has a lot of potential, as he showed his propensity to score the rock. He has a lot of developing to do as he is raw in a few areas, and time in the lab will cure those areas. He is a slasher who saw most of his production happen off the bounce and at the rim in both the half-court and in transition. If he stays in the lab, we could possibly be talking about him a lot more in the coming years.
Aiden Owens Aiden Owens 6'4" | PF Chelsea | 2025 State AL (6’4/G|F/’25/Chelsea HS)

Aiden has good positional size with the ability to handle the rock. He was tough to contain when operating in the open court as he did not play with the rock but got downhill and did a good job putting pressure on the rim. He is an athletic finisher who looked to finish above the rim. His ability to get off the floor helped with his activity on the glass on both ends. On the defensive glass, he rebounded and started the break and often made good decisions with the rock in his hands. He has a nice frame, a good skillset, and enough outside shooting that will benefit him as he seeks to find a path to a program at the next level.
Carmelo Austin Carmelo Austin 6'4" | SF Mortimer Jordan | 2024 AL (6’4/SF/’25/Mortimer Jordan HS)

Carmelo left his mark by showing that his bag is filled with tools. He is a high-volume shot taker and left a lot of questions about how he can impact the game without scoring. However, he did a good job scoring the rock, and I know that scoring is what his high school team needs from him. He scores well inside/out and in iso situations. He has an experienced game in which he showed his ability to effortlessly get off the ground as he doesn’t take a lot of time to load up when finishing or rebounding. Carmelo has a good combination of strength and finesse with a soft touch when scoring inside. Mortimer Jordan will definitely go as he goes this year.
