Highlights
Ths kid has a shot at playing at a high level university in a few. He has some solid fundamentals and the way he works with his back to the basket with quickness at times or with strength is noce. He elevates that one handed turn around and keeps it away from defenders trying to block his shot. He passes the ball well and he is usually not taking any crazy shots, he has some patience. His defense has improved as he is not playing man to man every possession so keep an eye on his growth defensively, he is just getting started there.
Makai was using that speed and shifty style of play to break free from defenders and with that ability it allows him to get into the lanes but also attack the rim that lead to buckets but also passing lanes for him to dish the ball to.
Amare Allen
Amare Allen
One of the most intriguing prospects in all of Day 1. He is a solid 3 man or 4 man at the next level but had to play the 5 due to a lack of size on his team. He was holding his own but on the offensive side of the ball he was just different and was better than everyone else on the flor. He could grab a rebound and take off in a hurry and go coast to coast. He was rotating and blocking shots off the ball. then he was showing he could score off the bounce on some tough pull-ups and he was shooting the 3. Next level coaches write this kids name down, he has potential.

With the two or three headliners at Dixie sometimes some of the other role players do not get enough shine but Tyson looked good doing thelittle things, like getting loose balls and just flying all over the place. He was moving around getting layups and easy putbacks but he might be the next man up over at Dixie. Impressive play from him yesterday, so look out.
Tanner had some moments yesterday that will make you think that he is coming and he played well and unselfish on that loaded Team Drip squad, so the simple fact that he rebounds, passes the ball and moves helps his game so much when he plays among other talented players. he does a lot of the little things and that is what was most impressive.
