Thomas is a super speedy guard that has the ball on a string and a variety of moves to score the ball in multiple ways. His high level breakdown ability allows him to consistently get by opposing defenders , where he will then either score the ball or dime it to a teammate in a position for them to finish easily. Thomas will be a go to player for Cardinal Hayes this season, and was a Co-MVP of the cream of the crop All-Star game.
Perry had his ability to impact winning in multiple ways on display this weekend, as he was another New Yorker that was a C0- MVP of the cream of the crop All Star Game. Perry is a two way forward that can slash to the basket and finish through contact consistently. Perry can also guard multiple positions on defense, and uses his athleticism to help protect the rim . His efficient rebounding is another element of his game that will make him a big time glue guy for Stepinac this season.
Jervis had his scoring arsenal on full display during the event. He played at his smooth pace, and showed he can hit contested pull ups from both three and the mid-range. Jervis also successfully got to the basket and finished over taller defenders on the inside. Jervis has a mature all around game, and will continue to develop into a big time player at Stepinac, He was the 3rd Co-MVP of the All-Star Game.
Cruz made a statement with his play this weekend, He showed that he deserves to be mentioned in the conversation of top 2026 pgs in NY. Cruz used his high level speed and ball handling ability to consistently score the ball. He showed the ability to heat up from mid-range, while using his footwork and moves to create space.
