Collin Onyejiaka
Collin Onyejiaka
Onyejiaka is an powerful forward on the inside with great hands and the ability to consistently finish with authority. He also has the ability to rim protect, and block shots at a high level while being a big time rebounder on both ends of the floor. Onyejiaka earned a top 30 game Co -MVP award, showing that he continues to rapidly improve. Expect a huge year from Onyejiaka at the Newman school.
Costello showed his high level versatility during the event. Costello can score on the inside and outside, with a nice touch around the basket and ability to shoot the long ball. Costello’s guard skills along with his size makes him an instant mismatch for many defenders on the wing. Still only a sophomore, Costello already holds division 1 offers, and will be another player who’s stock will continue to rise.
Theo Edema
Theo Edema
Edema is a center with high upside and potential, which he showed at the camp. He blocks shots consistently and rebounds at a high level on both ends of the floor. Edema’s footwork and overall skill continue to improve at a rapid pace. It is also imminent that Edema has the intangibles like a high motor, to go along with great work ethic. Expect Edema to continue to make big time strides this season at Cushing.
Devin Sone
Devin Sone
Sone showed his lethal shooting ability from downtown, as he hit multiple threes every game. He is a player that can play on or off the ball with the ability to breakdown his defender off the dribble, while also being able to move well without the ball and hit shots off the catch. His stellar play earned him a spot in the top 70 cream of the crop All Star Game. Expect to continue to hear Sone’s name more and more.
Mohammed Camara
Mohammed Camara
Camara is a guard with great ball handling ability, which when paired with his quickness allows him to get to the basket consistenly. Camara can also uses off ball movement to get open on the perimeter and knockdown shots from beyond the arc. Camara also plays with intensity and locks up on defense. His high level guard play earned him a spot in the top 70 all star game.
