For today’s spotlight, we take a look at the Manchester Squires.
Quick Hitters

- Lost to Fort Wayne Blackhawk in Sectionals
- Eli Henson returns for 4th year as head coach. 149-132 overall record in 13 years of coaching.
Top Player: Gavin Betten Gavin Betten 6'7" | PF Manchester | 2025 State IN
At 6’7, Betten is a power forward that has just consistently gotten better and better over the past couple of years. He is a versatile forward that has the ability to score both out on the perimeter and around the basket, which makes him very hard to guard. He is coming off an amazing summer for Grand Park Premier which finally got many schools, especially in the Crossroads League, to take major notice in him and extend offers. He can put so many points around the basket and with his size and strength, he is hard to contain. He could be one of the leading scores in the state this season.
Other Important Roster Members:
- Ethan Hendrix
- Caden Miller
- Kaleb Kline
Notable Games (Confirmed)
- vs Oak Hill (11/25)
- at Huntington North (12/9)
- vs Maconaquah (2/16)
