So much of a hidden gem that he will need to wat till the next rankings to make his debut. He will likely be in the Top 50 but he has such a unique skill set that he might just move up quicker than you might think. That long and lanky frame and that ability to get up and down the floor is really a game changer at the next level. NWAC schools and any local D2’s need to be all over him. He could even be a sleeper NJCAA project that could really pop in time.
This kid would be a solid D1 find as he is a really good shooter that has positional size at the SG position. The IQ is in full effect in transition as he knows how to space himself out on the floor to truly spread the floor. He runs through if there are too many players on one side and he knows how to stay in-line with the player with the ball in his hands as he is visible and able to get great looks. The way he moves without the ball is impressive.
Sam is just starting to reach his potential as not just a shooter but a really good all-around player that can score from all over the floor. He has a great looking jumper that is a great weapon to have, but he is elevatinga nd he is also creating for others now. He would be a solid small school find.
Size, strength and scoring ability really gives this kid those three important aspects to his game that will translate to the next level. Regardless of what Northridge does this year this kid has next level talent. He is another player that could help a small JUCO right away. Might play himself up if he continues to elevate his game like he has in the past few years. Every year he gets better.
Highlights
This kid has a shot to rise this year as he will be at Timpanogos a school that could really use his scoring punch. Steven is smooth with the ball and he is a big threat off the bounce out in the perimeter as he is looking to spread the floor with that shooting, but he can also get in the lanes and create for himself. Look for him to impress and he is a small school hidden gem. Could be an ideal D3 guy.
Highlights
Talk about a kid with a high ceiling that is a hidden talent. T=Rykan has yet to scratch the surface with what. he can do and you get a few bits and pieces here and there that make you really think he has a shot at playing at some level next year. He could develop into a good player and he is also gaining some muscle as the Miners really put work into the weight-room and you can tell.
