We move over to the Junior Standouts:
Andrew Bhesania Andrew Bhesania 6'8" | PF Boulder Creek | 2025 State #348 Nation AZ Boulder Creek
A tall power forward is a true point forward. He is a next level passer up the the court on a rope. He can throw it down easily, hit the catch three with consistency and use the floater game in traffic. One of the best performances on the day.
Gage Bartlett Gage Bartlett 6'2" | PG Shadow Ridge | 2025 State AZ Shadow Ridge
A lefty point guard can make plays and scores it many ways. He can use the floater and step back off of his defender from mid to the three. He gets high elevation and his stroke looks good every attempt. He rebounds and can take it coast to coast. He gets downhill well with a very tight handle and understands how to change speeds. He has a quick first step to get past defenders.
Jaylon Johnson Jaylon Johnson 6'8" | C Phhoenix Prep | 2025 State AZ Desert Mountain
The big man finally played after a full year of multiple surgeries. Despite not playing he definitely held his own. He uses his size and natural strength to man the paint and gobble up rebounds and score on put backs. He made a few mid-range jumpers and hook shots, showing his skill. He will be critical to the Wolves playoff success.
Archie Graves IV Archie Graves IV 6'0" | PG Supreme Academy | 2025 State AZ Central
A shifty point guard has a yo-yo handle and real speed. He can drive and kick it perfectly into a teammates shooting pocket. His mid-range pull-up off the dribble is hard to defend. He has a sharp spin move in the lane that is tough to defend.
Ryan Nelson Ryan Nelson 6'1" | CG Pinnacle | 2025 State AZ Pinnacle
A strong combo guard got downhill with his power and sturdy frame with a quick first step to the rim. He can hit the corner catch and shoot three, and once he gets hot, he is a tough cover. His added strength allows him to defend better.
Luke Wieskamp Luke Wieskamp 6'6" | SF Brophy Prep | 2025 State AZ Brophy Prep (Pictured)
A newcomer from Iowa is a very athletic combo forward. He can hit shots from mid-range and make the catch three. He rebounds and block shots inside and moves his feet well on defense. He can take one or two steps and flush it down on someone. His brother is former Iowa stud/current Maverick Joe Wieskamp.
Ryan Burbach Ryan Burbach 6'3" | SG Brophy Prep | 2025 State AZ Brophy Prep
One of the top three point shooters in the class from the AIA. His catch three is pure with a quick trigger and comes with range. He can reverse layup in traffic with good vertical pop and he uses his length on the defensive end.
Jarrell Houston Jarrell Houston 5'10" | PG Liberty | 2025 State AZ Liberty
An undersized pure point guard controls the tempo of the team. The lefty can hit the three off the catch or pull and makes players around him better. He is fast on fast in the open court and pushes the pace.
Jackson Hunter Jackson Hunter 6'5" | SF Liberty | 2025 State AZ Liberty
A skilled wing will be the second leading scorer behind senior forward Ring. He can hit the catch three, fall away in the post and score in transition. He has good skill and is very confident.
Dylan Novak Dylan Novak 6'0" | PG Phhoenix Prep | 2025 State AZ ALA Gilbert-North
His calmness and poise with the ball is always on display. He can shoot the catch three, burst by with his tight handle and speed. He uses a nice spin move to score in the paint and is a wizard off the pick and roll game.
Luke Danielson Luke Danielson 6'6" | PF American Leadership Academy Gilbert North | 2025 State AZ ALA Gilbert-North
A tough power forward who catches passes in traffic. He is very physical in the paint and scores thru contact but will also step out and hit the trail three in rhythm. After he sits his 9 games from the transfer, he will make some noise immediately.
Connor Morris Connor Morris 6'5" | SG ALA Gilbert-North | 2025 State AZ ALA Gilbert North
A very good showing for Morris. He competed about as hard as a you could with almost a chip on his shoulder. He has great size and can really shoot it from the three with a quicker release. He can work inside with spin moves and rebounds in his area. His ability to make shots under pressure and compete were eye catchers.
