Parker Hoffman Parker Hoffman 6'6" | PF Marquette | 2027 State MO (Marquette): It was my first look at this 6’6″ forward and I was very impressed with his overall skill level around the basket. He can score on a variety of moves in the low post and he can also step out and hit the perimeter jumper. He was very effective at scoring with both hands inside as well. Do not let his long slender frame fool you because he doesn’t mind the physical play inside. He even picked up an offensive foul for tossing a few elbows. He was also an active rebounder who did a good job of getting out of his area.
******
Myles Jelks (Cardinal Ritter): A 5’9″ point guard who has good quickness and did an excellent job as a playmaker and scoring threat. He has a high basketball IQ as he constantly made good decisions with the basketball. He could get by defenders into the lane, but he was good at not over penetrating and getting himself into the trouble. He would hit the short pull up jumper or dish it to the open teammate for a scoring opportunity. He was very good in the pick and roll as he can turn the corner or shoot the 3-pointer over the top.

Caleb Ray Caleb Ray 6'1" | PG Lebanon | 2024 State MO (MICDS): A 6’2″ wing player was causing matchup problems with his physical strength and overall skill set. He has a good set of fundamentals, whether he is playing on the perimeter or in the post. He can handle the ball well, make good decisions and power his way into the lane with strong takes to the basket. He can also battle inside against taller players with his footwork and excellent positioning. He is a strong all-purpose player who can also rebound and play solid defense.
*******
Nolan Struckman Nolan Struckman 6'4" | SF St. Dominic | 2027 State MO (St Dominic): An athletic 6’4″ forward who has good length and good mobility. He was very active as he was moving well off the ball on offense and also swooping in for rebounds. He was also very good in the transition game. He displayed a nice shooting touch around the basket and he could also step out and knock down perimeter jumpers.
*******
Simon Lorenz Simon Lorenz 5'6" | PG Parkway North | 2027 MO (Parkway North): A 5’4″ point guard who was not bothered at all about being one of the smallest players on the court. He is a fearless player who was always looking to attack the basket. He had a good burst of quickness to get into the lane and he could score on a layup or a floater over a taller defender.
