Scotty Guerro Scotty Guerro 5'11" | SF Alamo Navajo | 2026 State NM – Alamo Navajo
Guerro has an excellent feel for the game, playing above his age for Alamo Navajo. Capable of hitting teammates flowing on backdoor cutters, the wing is excellent at hitting teammates through tight windows. Another area is hitting high to low passes for rolling frontcourt teammates, hitting them up high for an easy shot attempt.
Chris Lucero Chris Lucero 6'1" | SG Rio Rancho | 2026 State NM – Rio Rancho
Lucero will be an intriguing guard to track over the coming seasons, already showing consistency on three point attempts although on low volume. Contributing 36% of three point attempts this past season, the guard will be a key addition to Rio Rancho’s perimeter shooting. Already third in the team in three point attempts, this team has more opportunity for the sophomore guard, following 2.7 points per game. His efficiency with added volume will be an area worth tracking for Lucero down the line.
Francois Satchivi Francois Satchivi 6'1" | CG Del Norte | 2026 State NM – Del Norte
Throughout his freshman season, the guard showed a high motor on the defensive end, adding immediate value on that end. Especially mobile, the guard does his best to get out in front early to contest shots. As Satchivi continues to add strength, there is no doubt he will be a formidable perimeter defender, especially among incoming sophomores. Through his past season for 15-13 Del Norte, the guard put up 4.1 points per game for the Knights. Satchivi was a knockdown shooter beyond the arc this past season for Del Norte. Contributing 39% of attempts behind the arc, the guard has ample opportunity to showcase his abilities following the departures of eight seniors.
Jakoby Spencer Jakoby Spencer 5'8" | CG Hozho Academy | 2026 State NM – Hozho academy
Spencer shows value as a complementary guard with the newly formed Hozho Academy group. Excellent at attacking open space with or without the ball, Spencer continues to stay active attacking the basket whenever possible. Especially proactive at finding opportunities in the fast break, the sophomore guard gets out early for layups. His shotmaking off the catch looks to be another area of value, capable of rising up quickly off the catch. Spencer’s continued progression as a facilitator will be a vital area for the guard’s game, following averages of 11.3 points per game for 13-10 Hozhoe Academy.
Bobby Parraz Bobby Parraz 5'7" | PG Loving | 2026 State NM – Loving
Parraz brings plenty of grit within the backcourt, actively digging into opponents’ space for steals. The guard has done excellent utilizing his low center of gravity and positional strength to instigate opposing ball handlers. Complemented by quick instincts and active hands, the guard has a chance to be a difference maker on that end of the floor. Parraz has shown value spacing the floor, capable of stepping into three point attempts when given room. His progression as a shotmaker along the perimeter will be an area worth tracking for the sophomore guard. Parraz enters this season following averages of 7.1 points and 3.8 rebounds per game.
