Grassroots season has ended, the high school season is still a couple months away, and fall leagues haven’t started in full force yet. These are the couple of months reserved for getting back to school and starting the football season. However, in 49 other states it is just basketball, but this INDIANA. We’ve recently ran several series including updated prospect rankings, high school spotlights, top prospects regardless of class, and several others. Now, let’s dive on in to a new series which will highlight the best uncommitted prospects at each position. Here are the top uncommitted centers.

- Talented 6’7″-6’8″ post that can score with his back to the basket consistently.
- Soft hands and good footwork on the block.
- Transferred from Homestead to Canterbury for his senior season.
- Current Offers: DePauw, Lake Erie, Indiana Tech.

- Coming off of a highly productive summer with Focus Premier.
- Like his skill level around the basket. Can finish with both hands inside.
- Current Offers: Bluffton, DePauw, Manchester, Olivet Nazarene, Wabash.

- Strong post that plays through contact and isn’t afraid for the game to be physical.
- Averaged 13.2 points and 8.9 rebounds per game as a junior. Had a very good summer with Pocket City Basketball as well.
- Under-the-radar big man that should be on the list of any small college program that has a need inside.

- Excellent size inside at 6’8″ with a very strong build.
- Can face-up a little bit, but at his best on the roll or when scoring at the rim.

- Should take on an expanded role at Cathedral this season.

- High upside big man that showed some real flashes over the summer with Indiana Ice on the 3SGB Circuit.
- 6’9″ that can finish with his right hand inside and will block shots on the defensive end.

- Long and thin, but played more physically over the summer with 94 Feet Elite. Rim runs, good on the roll, and can protect the rim defensively.

- 6’7″ center with a good motor and a soft touch when finishing around the basket.
- Right hand, left shoulder in the post. Physical on both ends of the floor.
- Good name to add to the list for small college programs in need of some size.
