They have some of the top rising talent in the state and some incoming freshman that will make an immediate splash in Michigan high school basketball. Let’s look at some of the skilled players that will step on the floor for Cass Tech this season.
2024’s
Miller has the early look as one of the most improved players in the state. He come off the bench last season, but will be looked at as a feature scorer this year. He can get buckets at all 3 levels and will be looked upon to do just that. Miller was Cass Tech’s leading scorer this summer.
Johnson is a quickly rising prospect with a ton of upside. He’s probably one of the most athletic players in the state. Johnson can do it all physically – run, jump, and finish with a dunk. He’s a force defensively with his ability to block shots and crash the glass. As he improves offensively, his stock will rise even more.

Pierce will be a key piece to the success of Cass Tech this season. Pierce will also be a prospect that some next level coaches will want to track as the season approaches and plays out. He shows excellent athleticism around the rim and is getting better at a rapid rate,
2025’s
Harris is a versatile and athletic forward that should have some coach’s eyes on his game. We have him listed as a small forward, but he’s much more than a 1 slot type of player. Harris is an inside-out scorer that can even facilitate as a point forward. He has length and athleticism that allow him to be a dangerous slasher and rim runner.

2026’s
Sadler is a very high profile athlete in the state of Michigan. He’s an All-American football player that hoops with that football player type aggressiveness and toughness. Sadler is a competitor and playmaker that brings it every second that he’s on the floor. He’ll be one of the best perimeter defenders in the state this year.

Figaro will be a player to watch for Cass Tech from this year on out. He has a chance to really make some noise as a player and prospect. Figaro has an impressive wingspan and is a very good slasher. He can finish above the rim and is improving a ton.
2027’s
Stevie Hall
Stevie Hall
Hall will be one of the most exciting and skilled freshman in the state. He’s easily one of the top 2027’s in Michigan and already holds an offer from Nebraska. Hall’s ability to create and score the ball is incredibly advanced for a freshman. He’s a student of the game that has a high basketball IQ. Hall was Cass Tech’s 3rd leading scorer this summer.
Trevon Parham
Trevon Parham
Parham will be one of the top freshman point guards, and overall players, in the class of 2027. He’s a true floor general that can both score and distribute at a high level. Parham is an energy player that features good footwork including a fast first step.
Jacob Wood
Jacob Wood
Wood will definitely be a freshman to watch and a player that holds a ton of talent and upside. He’s a competitor at heart that’s tough enough to compete on the varsity level as a freshman. Wood is a solid shooter and scorer as well.
