Andrew is the floor general for Blount, and he is the piece that makes everything go. He is an excellent facilitator but has the ability to score at all levels. He is one of the best two-way players on the squad, as he has developed into a great defender. He is a stable playmaker that creates opportunities. Look for Andrew to be the alpha male on this year’s squad.
Jaiden Beck (5’10/PG/’27)
Jaiden is starting his freshman campaign, and there is a lot of excitement around the Blount program when Jaiden’s name is mentioned. Many facets of Jaiden’s game show promise, but none other than his passing skills, as he is already showing signs of a high-level passer. To be a freshman, where most times the only consistent you get is inconsistency, Jaiden does a good job controlling the tempo of the game. Oh, did I mention he can score the rock on all three levels?
Keeze Lamar White (5’8/CG/’24)

Keeze is probably the best perimeter shooter on the Blount’s squad this year. He stretches the floor with his ability to knock down the trey ball, and he can put it on the floor if teams commit to running him off the line. He will be a vital part of the offense if he can be a consistent threat from the perimeter with the caliber of playmakers that he shares the court with.
When asked about two players who will be key pieces of the puzzle for his team this season that were not listed in the top three above, Coach Mosley wanted to reiterate the importance of Jaiden and Andrew. Coach is very high on Jaiden and believes he’s underrated because he’s a freshman. He is confident that the basketball community will see just how good Jaiden is as he puts on display his IQ and vision for the game, which both he feels are unmatched at his age. Frederik Kelly Frederik Kelly 6'2" | CG Park Crossing | 2025 State AL will be crucial to the Leopard’s success as he brings toughness and grit to the team. Along with his toughness, there is a skillset that Andrew has that will give him many advantages throughout the year against opponents.
Coach Mosley wants opponents to feel their pressure defense the entire thirty-two minutes of the game. He says that his team will bring a lot of pressure and make it very hard for opponents to get good looks. Offensively, Coach Mosley wants his team out in transition and playing fast. He believes that with the caliber of playmakers he has on the floor, their pace and open-court play will make it tough on opponents.
When asked what it would take for his team to make a deep playoff run, make it to the Final Four, or even win the State Championship, he told me that his squad has to force a lot of turnovers and rebound at a high level. He believes that if they can play unselfish basketball, play as a unit, and believe in each other, they will have a good chance at a late run.
