Lee Williams Lee Williams 6'5" | SF University City | 2024 State MO (University City): The 6’5″ 2024 wing was one of the most talented players in the camp. He has good athleticism and he displayed his scoring ability from all three levels. He is a natural scorer who can create off the dribble or work off the ball to get his offensive opportunities. He can score in bunches when he gets his game going.
******
Derrick Rivers Derrick Rivers 6'0" | SG Cardinal Ritter | 2024 State MO (Cardinal Ritter): The 6’0″ guard is known for his 3-point shooting stroke, but he did a good job of attacking the basket off the dribble at the camp. He was pulling up and hitting the mid-range jumper and scoring on strong takes in the lane. An of course, he was hitting his open 3-pointers.
******
Ryder Williams Ryder Williams 6'3" | SG Versailles | 2024 State MO (Versailles): The 6’2″ southpaw shooting guard from Mid-Missouri was one of the top perimeter marksmen in the event. it took him a few shots to get it going, but once he started hitting, he was draining jumpers from well beyond the 3-point line. With his added strength, he is also capable of attacking the close out and getting to the rim for a nice finish.
******
Payton Mayhorn (Lexington Christian, KY): A 6’8″ forward from the Bluegrass State who was the most talented frontcourt player in the camp. He is a very skilled player who can put the ball on the floor comfortably and attack from the perimeter. He also had a soft touch around the basket and could knock down perimeter jumpers. He has excellent length and he was very mobile.
******
Justin Hayes Justin Hayes 6'5" | SF Holt | 2024 State MO (Wentzville Holt): The 6’5″ wing has good size and a strong perimeter skill set, which makes him a matchup problem. He could get to his spots off the dribble and hit the 12 to 15 foot jumper over a smaller defender. He is also a good rebounder who could take off and lead the break and deliver a nice pass in transition.
******
Kobe Jones Kobe Jones 5'11" | PG University City | 2024 State MO (University City): A 5’11” point guard with good quickness and the ability to break down defenders with his nifty handles. He was finishing with either hand in the lane or pulling up for the mid-range jumper. His passing skills were on point as he could thread the needle in traffic and drop a few no-look dimes.
******
Steve Tatum (Decatur McAuthur): A 6’2″ point guard from Central Illinois who was an excellent playmaker and scoring threat. He saw the court well and made some nifty passes. He was very good off the drive and he could attack downhill going left or right. If defenders gave him a step, he would knock down the 3-pointer off the bounce.
******
Alex Wineholt Alex Wineholt 6'6" | PF Orchard Farm | 2024 State MO (Orchard Farm): A 6’6″ power forward who is a strong finisher around the basket with his physical strength, good footwork and nice lefty touch. He also runs the court hard in transition and has improved his ball handling and perimeter shooting.
