Stevie is a nightmare matchup problem on the Island. His strong bodied frame makes him tough for other sf-g types to keep him from getting to the rim. He is very good also at posting them up. Just quick enough to go by bigger defenders. Has a nice head and shoulder fake leading to the rim or quick pull up.
Can flat out knock down shots. But he brings a lot more to the game than that through his hard work. Nothing will stop him from getting on the ground diving for loose balls. Mixes it up with the trees inside battling for rebounds. Defensively he gets into your chest and guards. Has th ability to alter and blocks shots.
Not really an under the radar player because he had a great first season last year. Especially in the playoffs and states. With his elite skill level he has the ability to either blow by defenders or get separation and stop on a dime for a pull up jumper. Has great athleticism. He can create contact off the bounce but still be able to get himself into the clear and finish at the rim.
First thing you notice about Jasiah is his length. But then when you watch him play you marvel at his skill set. Outstanding with the ball able to create or handle it in tight quarters. Uses his length really well defensively.
