Marquis Burse Marquis Burse 6'2" | SG South Iron | 2024 State MO (South Iron): The 6’3″ 2024 guard is a long and lean athlete who could impact the game at both ends of the court with his length. He was excellent in causing disruption on defense while playing the passing lanes for steals and deflections. He is very smooth off the dribble with the ability to touch the paint on a regular basis. He shoots the mid range jumper very well and he is very good in the transition game.
******
Terrell Gaines Terrell Gaines 5'8" | PG Mt. View Liberty | 2024 State MO (Mt View Liberty): The 5’8″ 2024 guard is a bucket-getter who is able to score at all three levels. He displayed his smooth shooting stroke on his jumper, which extended well beyond the 3-point line. What made him even more difficult to guard was that he could also get into the lane whenever he wanted to on the dribble, which led to a layup at the rim. When he wasn’t creating off the dribble, he was also setting up his teammates with his strong passing skills.
*******
Jackson Bailey Jackson Bailey 6'0" | SG Tipton | 2024 State MO (Tipton): A 6’0″ 2024 guard who has good athleticism and who plays the game in attack mode. I like his fearless style when he is slashing to the basket and finishing at the rim. He could also stop and pop and hit the pull up jumper on the move.
******
JJ Price (Liberty): A 6’3″ 2024 guard who plays a solid all-around game. He’s an excellent 3-point shooter off the catch who reads defenses well and moves to the open spots on the floor. He is a solid playmaker who will make the right play with his passing skills.
******
Al-Amin Anderson (Pattonville): A 6’0″ 2024 guard with good quickness and the ability to break down defenders off the dribble. He was constantly putting pressure on the defense with his probing and attacking in the lane. He has a good change of pace to go along with his speed and he can knock down the step-back jumper from 3-point range.
******
Maddox Kulenkamp (Warrensburg): A 6’5″ 2025 forward who plays a physical game and he puts his 230 pounds of muscle into every possession. He’s a blue-collar worker who will post up strong in the lane and box out for rebounding position. He has a nice shooting touch in the lane from 8 to 10 feet and he is very effective on the roll down after setting a solid screen.
