Continue ReadingRegarded as Georgia’s top dog in the 2026 class, Manny got back to work on Sunday posting 17 points, 5 rebounds and 1 steal on 5-11 shooting against Buford. Green is a gifted athlete. He has a college level body already, cut with muscle at 6-foot-6. Green is a great finisher at the rim, using his frame to absorb contact and convert And-1s. Manny’s jump shooting is a major boon as well. He’s able to hit tough shots off the dribble from beyond the arc and in the mid-range. Green will take smaller defenders on the box and knock down turnaround jumpers overtop. Emmanuel notched a KSU offer on Saturday.
The steady guard should continue to climb up recruiting boards. Wansley scores, rebounds and facilitates well. He’s a good jump shooter off the bounce and shows toughness as a slasher. His ability to play both on and off the ball gives him value.
Highlights
Cooke is a big guard that can punish opponents when getting to the rim. Eddie explodes to the basket and looks to finish with power. He really impressed at camp with his defensive prowess, especially in the paint as he erased numerous shots.
Kyle is a basketball player. There isn’t a need to define him with a position. With his unique skill set and physical build, Carpenter can play point guard one trip down, swingman the next and then eventually go on the block to exploit a matchup. Carpenter helps out in a variety of ways. He rebounds well from his guard spot and can initiate fastbreaks. While he can go coast-to-coast and finish at the basket, he can also drop off dimes to those running with him. Kyle’s floor vision is a major plus.
