Zach Driscoll Zach Driscoll 6'0" | SG Decorah | 2025 State IA of Minnesota Lightning (MFL MarMac, Iowa). I don’t know much about Iowa high school basketball right now but I cannot imagine there are many guards in Iowa’s 2025 class that are better than Zach. I can tell you for a fact that there aren’t many in Minnesota’s 2025 class that are better than Zach. In fact he would surely be in the conversation as one of the best here. I have to believe that applies to Iowa too. Zach’s ability to pass the ball is incredible and fun to watch. His dribble separation ability is entertaining because you know he is going to beat the guy, it’s just about how and when. And he creates angles to finish against the sizeable help defenders and does it with regularity.
Brogan Madson Brogan Madson 6'1" | PG Mankato East | 2025 State MN of Minnesota Select (Mankato East). I’ve made this big statement before and I will make it again…. the only player in Minnesota’s 2025 class that can match what Brogan did as a sophomore is Jalen Wilson Jalen Wilson 6'8" | PF Benilde-St. Margaret's | 2025 State #230 Nation MN from Benilde-St. Margaret’s. Brogan was the top player on a league champion that was top ten in state and won their league. He filled the stat sheet and was a first team all league talent. And this past weekend he was constantly downhill using his strength and skill to get the corner turn and to finish contested shots. With regularity
Daniel Molhoek Daniel Molhoek 6'8" | C Edina | 2025 State MN of Minnesota Select (Edina). Daniel is 6’7 with maybe the widest shoulders in the 2025 class. He runs well and he gets to spots continually. When it comes to the 16u level of basketball in Minnesota you can count on one hand the teams that have a big to defend Daniel with any type of consistency. And this weekend teams could not defend Daniel so he consistently put up numbers which took pressure off the constant attacks from Madson and Lorenson.
Hudson Omoke Hudson Omoke 6'2" | SF Sauk Rapids Rice | 2025 State MN of Minnesota Comets (Sauk Rapids-Rice). When you watch Omoke the first thing you think of is “man he’s an athletic young man”. And as you watch him play you see him contribute for his team in numerous ways including rebounding in big numbers, he passes the ball well, Omoke defends, and he finishes around the rim. He has a constant impact in a half Draymond Green, half Dennis Rodman type of way.
Korde Roseman of Midwest Kings (Brainerd). Roseman is a guy that has really caught my eye. Finishing above the rim? Caught my eye. Ball pressure defense? Loved it, caught my eye. Hit a three? Followed that with an attack spinning to finish? Impressive. Nearly a 20 point per game player this past weekend.
Kam’Ron Soloman Kam’Ron Soloman 6'3" | SG Hiawatha Collegiate | 2025 State MN of Grassroots Sizzle McDonald (Hiawatha Collegiate). Soloman is a key member of the elite eight Sizzle team that continues to have success. Soloman is starting to look like one of the better shooters in his class after playing well for Sizzle AND scoring 15 a game this past winter. Soloman has some agility to him as well.
Spencer Swanson of Minnesota Comets (Sauk Rapids-Rice). At 6’6 Swanson is a combo forward because he does have the size to do things around the basket but as we saw in the semi-final, Swanson hit six threes and scored 20+ to get his team into the finals. Swanson runs well, his skills are continually getting better, and he has the size that schools that give scholarships want.
