This kid has turned things on this summer as he is playing with a different gear. His on ball defense is reaching new levels. The way he can hound a guard with the ball in their hands and how low he gets as he catches players on their cross or how he beats players to their spot. He has excellent help defense and he is a player that will be good for 1 to 2 charges a game and they usually change the momentum as he brings so much energy to the floor. On the offensive side he si a player that can create his own shots and he doesn’t do it by over dribbling. He usually takes a few dribbles and he gets himself into a comfortable spot and can splash. One of the best shooting PG’s in the state and him going of for 5+ three-pointers is not out of the question. Ike has next level playing ability. He could land at a NJCAA school but D2’s and NAIA schools should be all over this kid.
This CG can get buckets and he has that bulky, bully strength that he just bounces of defenders. You cannot give this kid any space as he will set you up and light you up from deep. If you run him off the three-point line he has a great counter pull-up game that really gives him that next level scoring. When he does put the ball on the floor he keeps defenders off balance because he will take the ball to the basket on an attack dribble but he will also pull from 15 -feet or closer. He does have some solid footwork in the paint and he can also use that footwork and creativity as he is finishing near the basket. He uses a lot of straight-line drives and keeps it simple. When we are talking about range the kid can catch and shoot the rock. Good all around game that can play at a small school for sure.

A little bit off the radar but not for long. This kid has some positional size as he does run the PG position but he can also slide over and provide some scoring from the wings. He has good defensive IQ as he jumps to the ball and plays excellent help defense. He gets rid of the ball and plays with great pace. Solid all around game and he should easily elevate his game this summer.
Highlights
Jackson is a BIG Guard and he is really starting to hit his stride as a long wing that can spread the floor with his shooting and just awareness out in the perimeter. The things that is really special about his game is that he can take defenders off the dribble with some simple jabs or an in-n-out dribble that will give him space. He also uses a lot of different finishes as he is not just a one move and go attacker, he is able to use a variety of moves and skills when attacking the rim. He is able to roam all over the court as he flashes high post and makes moves or simply running an offense through him. Jackson has started to pick up some solid offers as coaches are starting to notice his level of play.
