This kid continues to elevate his game. When he is not hanging out in the perimeter he is at his best. He was finding gaps to slash off the ball and that is the best way to for him to get open runs at the rim, by moving with a purpose without the ball. He is going ot need to lead with his experience on a young team. He has proven that he can handle the ball and shoot outside, he is showing signs of making the right plays.
This kid is one of those ultimate glue guts on that talented Corner Canyon squad. He is tough as he uses hi strength to plow through people on straight- line drives. One of the best aspects of his games is his grit as he is out the working and getting and rebound or loose ball. He has provided valuable minutes for this team.
Shifty PG that has made the transfer over to Corner Canyon. He provides depth and he has been running with the 2nd varsity unit and he is a player that instantly impacted the way they play as a lead guard he is finding ways to get loose, especially on that right wing making moves to the right and countering to the middle to get to that mid-range game that is solid. His outside shooting continues to improve as he has really become a deep ball threat and teams find out quickly as they go under screens and he makes them pay.
Isaac is one of the most dominant players out here at the Great Western Classic. We have seen many players try to take over when they should be passing, we have seen players force shots almost every game and even try and do too much. Isaac is the total opposite a true next level player that let’s the game come to him. On offense he is a big time facilitator similar to Draymond Green but better. Because he has a beautiful fade-away jumper from that feet foot to 10 foot mark that does not allow defenders to bother his shot. Defensively he covers ground he gets that ball out of his hands and up the floor. Best part of his game is his passing. He passes better than any PF in the gym and it isn’t close.
Solomon made you take a double take and ask, who is that. He is a new kid on the block as he has moved to Utah and landed at JMCHS and will be another addition to their roster that is loaded with players that should be able to make a difference. He has an explosive first step and he also has some bounce. In time he looks like he could develop into a must watch player. Keeping an eye on this kid.
