Continue ReadingBez has reeled in offers from Kennesaw State and Brown this offseason. The athletic 6-foot-4 guard does a lot well. He scores in a variety of ways and takes pride in his defense. In a rout of Osborne, Jenkins nailed a three, scored on a tip-in and finished a drive. Jabez tallied 9 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals and 3 blocks.
The lefty shot the ball well in a 55-40 loss to Kell, converting on three three-pointers. Tez was able to score at the rim with scooping layups while absorbing contact. Redding’s aggressiveness offensively led to a game-high 18 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals and 1 block.
A bowling ball of a guard with tremendous strength and speed. Jones thrived in transition, leaking out for easy transition hoops. Jah’Kiaus uses a burst speed to break through holes like a running back. To no surprise, Jones is a very good finisher against contact. He posted 16 points, 1 rebound and 2 steals in a 48-41 win over Long County.
Even in a loss and a game that wasn’t his best, Quarterman still flashed his next-level upside in a 36-30 loss. Josh tallied 7 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals and 3 blocks. The wiry guard knocked down a corner three, finished a left-handed scoop on the right side of the basket and went 2-2 from the foul line. Josh’s smooth game and ability to fill up the box score even on off scoring nights is what makes him so good.
