The event featured top talent from 15U-17U, and had a lot of guys we expect to blow up over the June and July live periods.
Here’s a look at some of the standouts from the NC teams in attendance.
Nate Ament Nate Ament 6'8" | SF Highland | 2025 State #12 Nation VA | 6’8” WF | Team Loaded NC 16U
Ament has been on a tear all spring long, showing why he’s the number one player in the Prep Hoops VA 2025 rankings and an emerging national prospect who has high major programs loving him. The 6’8” wing has a unique skillset at his size as he can rebound and start the break and create for himself and others, he is an excellent shooter from deep with range and doesn’t need a lot of space to get it off and he is mobile and moves well to be able to switch and guard defensively.
Julian Rivera Julian Rivera 6'1" | PG Highland | 2025 State VA | 6’1′ PG | Team Loaded NC 16U
Rivera reclassified to the 2025 class after helping Highland School to a state championship, and while he may not check all the boxes as far as athleticism and size he simply makes winning plays on both ends of the floor. He’s a high IQ player with great feel on both ends of the floor and he has the ability to guard bigger opponents and force turnovers, he can score the ball efficiently in many different ways and he’s an unselfish playmaker who makes his team better in many ways.
Chancellor Perkins Chancellor Perkins 6'2" | SG Highland | 2025 State VA | 6’1” WG | Team Loaded NC 16U
Perkins is Rivera’s backcourt running mate for Highland School and now has joined this Loaded NC team where he’s giving them a big boost in the scoring department. While he may be a little undersized for his position he’s a very talented shot maker who has effortless range from deep, he can get to spots and create space in the midrange to knock down shots and he can get out in transition where he’s a good finisher as well.
Desmond Rose Desmond Rose 6'6" | SF John Marshall | 2025 State VA | 6’6” PF | Team Loaded NC 16U
Rose is starting to turn the corner after being the sixth man for the very talented John Marshall team this past season, and he showed that with a number of impressive performances and plays. The 6’6” forward is chock full of potential as he’s mobile and athletic enough to run in transition and move laterally defensively, he’s explosive as a finisher and a rim protector and he can step out and knock down shots on the perimeter too.
Masiah Stevens Masiah Stevens 5'10" | PG Woodside | 2025 State #263 Nation VA | 5’11” PG | Team Loaded NC 16U
Stevens joined this Loaded NC team the last couple of weeks, and he’s reminding everyone why he’s considered one of the top players in the 757 in his class. The 5’11” lead guard has blazing speed and a quick first step that allows him to blow by defenders and get in the paint where he’s an excellent finisher, he can score the ball from multiple levels and he puts great pressure on opponents both on the defensive end and with the ball in his hands.
