Here is the All-Tournament Third Team:
Blake Colvin Blake Colvin 6'1" | SG Sandra Day O'Connor | 2024 State AZ Sandra Day O’Connor
One of the top scorers of the weekend was almost all behind the arc. He was arguably the top senior shooter of the tournament and he is a catch and shoot type of three point specialist. He will score on transition layups and has quick hands in the passing lanes. In a big game he hit six threes allowing his forwards some much needed space.
Bo Dolinsek Bo Dolinsek 6'6" | PF Corona del Sol | 2024 State AZ Corona del Sol
A face-up power forward with great hands. He can rattle catch triples off one by one as he gets hot quickly. He also works inside and will scores thru contact often. He is a good passer out of the double team and outlets the ball well to his teammates. He has next level hands and IQ.
Royal Haley Royal Haley 6'5" | PF Cesar Chavez | 2024 State AZ Cesar Chavez (Pictured)
A newcomer for me is a bouncy good-framed forward. He scores easily thru contact and is great on the break. He can finish off euros, rips thru with either hand and can face up a little from elbow and in. He is a good passer but he makes his money on defense. He can defend multiple positions and will rebound and block shots. He defends really well in space on the perimeter.
Tillman Huish Tillman Huish 6'1" | CG Gilbert | 2026 State AZ Gilbert
A combo guard who can score it a variety of ways and his IQ is very high for his class. He can hit the catch three and is very fast in the open court with the ball in his hands. He is a quick second jumper and will score on put backs. He has a great feel and will pass it with either hand. He can get hot and rattle in threes when he catches fire with a very quick release.
Tyler Hutton Tyler Hutton 6'5" | SF Cactus | 2024 State AZ Cactus
A long and athletic wing forward scores the ball with driving layups in traffic with good body control. He has a good touch inside the paint and can step out and shoot perimeter jumpers. He uses his length to defend and is an above the rim athlete on the break. He makes many contested shots with his dominant right hand.
Joshua McManaway Joshua McManaway 6'3" | SG McClintock | 2026 State AZ McClintock
A good-sized rising sophomore guard is a three point gunner with a super quick release. He rebounds well for a guard with his size and can hesitate and get past his defender. He often cuts for easy buckets and will defend a few positions. He looks to be one of their go-to scorers.
Connor Morris Connor Morris 6'5" | SG ALA Gilbert-North | 2025 State AZ ALA Gilbert-North
A long guard who looks taller in every viewing. He is getting a little tougher and plays with more of a motor. He is a smart passer who has great size and will ball fake and shoot the mid-range jumper. His best skill is his three point shooting off the catch.
Jack Sanguigni Jack Sanguigni 5'9" | CG Campo Verde | 2025 State AZ Campo Verde
An undersized combo guard is a catch three point shooter with one of the quicker releases in the state. He is sneaky quick to burst into the lane and will use his left or right hand in traffic. He moves without the ball and cuts when he should. He is a very cerebral player who is deceptively quick.
Cezer Sotomayor Cezer Sotomayor 6'1" | CG ALA Gilbert North | 2025 State AZ ALA Gilbert-North
A high IQ combo guard who rarely turns it over. He smartly moves without the ball and he can hit the three plus his pull-up off the dribble is polishing up. He is always in control with his own pace and it is hard to speed him up. He is a very good passer and a knockdown shooter when left open. He made a few impressive passes and caught fire versus SDO with five triples.
Jaylen Wollangk Jaylen Wollangk 5'11" | PG Mesquite | 2024 State AZ Mesquite
One of the tougher point guards controls the tempo for the Wildcats. He handles all the heavy pressure and will drive and kick it to his teammates. He makes full court pass up the floor and is a defensive stud on the ball. He has a strong upper body to handle the contact and moves his feet quickly. He will also close out to shooters making it hard to score on.
