We dive into the positional rankings. We move over to the shooting guards for the rising junior class.
Here are the top-8 SG’s in the 2025 class:
Ryan Burbach Ryan Burbach 6'3" | SG Brophy Prep | 2025 State AZ Brophy Prep (Pictured)
One of the top stock risers is also the top rated shooting guard currently. He recently picked up his first D1 offer from Houston Christian and has that shooting stroke you wish you had. He squares perfectly and gets it out of his hands quickly.
Ayden Madi Ayden Madi 6'4" | SG Brophy Prep | 2025 State AZ Brophy Prep
A tough off guard likes to score with perimeter jumpers plus works well inside the paint with good physicality. He often cuts to open space, he has a quick shooting trigger and makes smart reads to teammates. He can defend both guard spots and wings with his toughness.
Christian Holly Christian Holly 6'1" | SG Phhoenix Prep | 2025 State AZ Phhoenix Prep
A two-way scoring guard has a clean shooting stroke with deep range and has a nice pull-up from mid-range. He gets high elevation on his jumpers and is a good on-ball defender with quick hands and feet.
Kingston Porch Kingston Porch 6'6" | SF Eduprize | 2026 State AZ Skyline Prep
A long rangy guard can score from inside and out. He is very good inside the paint on put backs, dribble drives and a stud on the break with easy dunks. The lefty can hit the three and defend multiple positions.
Noah George Noah George 6'3" | CG Canyon International Academy | 2026 State AZ Dream City Christian International
A scoring guard with a consistent approach to the game. He shoots it well from beyond the three point line and keeps evolving his shot creation with dribble drives and pull-ups. He uses his size and length on defense.
Jibril Mcdonald Jibril Mcdonald 6'4" | SG Bella Vista Prep | 2025 State AZ Sunnyslope
A bigger guard has grown significantly in the last year or so. He is taller, more athletic and can score. He is very good in transition and can shoot it well past the three point line. He uses his wingspan to play the passing lanes.
Connor Morris Connor Morris 6'5" | SG ALA Gilbert-North | 2025 State AZ ALA Gilbert-North
A quickly growing bigger guard keeps ascending. He can always shoot it well from the perimeter from mid to the three but is taking it inside more now with his new size. He rebounds, pushes the break and can get out in transition. He will guard a little inside and out.
Will Feagles Will Feagles 6'3" | SG Notre Dame Prep | 2025 State AZ Notre Dame Prep
A sharp shooting off guard really impressed this past two months. He has a picture perfect shooting stroke from the three point line. He is best off the catch but is starting to create more for himself. He has grown a little and he’s hit some clutch shots in critical games.
