McQuigg also brings tangible strength, defending against drives, staying strong versus a variety of opponents. Look for the guard to make an immediate impact with Douglas County, following the departure of four seniors.
MJ Dailey MJ Dailey 6'5" | PF Denver East | 2024 CO – Denver East
Dailey is a strong forward who shows soft touch around the rim and on spot-up jumpers. The 6’5 forward shows immediate value defending the interior and outmuscling opponents for rebounds. A physical force, look for Dailey to make noise with East through his interior presence. His growth as a volume shooter off the catch will be worth watching, especially when considering how much space he can create for himself and teammates from quality screens.
Marcus McFadden Marcus McFadden 6'2" | SG Riverdale Ridge | 2024 State CO – Riverdale Ridge
An undersized forward who plays with notable strength around the basket, McFadden played a big part in Riverdale Ridge’s success this past season. Through his junior year with Riverdale Ridge, McFadden put up 6.8 points and 5.8 rebounds per game on high efficiency. He does well seeking out contacts on rebounds, layups, and second chance opportunities. Developing the perimeter game will be important for McFadden, given the notable strength.
Joey Delescinskis Joey Delescinskis 5'11" | CG Legacy | 2024 State CO – Legacy
Delescinskis brings value as a shooter with upside as a playmaker with the ball. The 5’11 guard has shown consistency from beyond the arc, contributing on 38% of three point attempts with Legend this past season. Through that time, Delescinskis posted 5.3 points and 1.4 assists per game. Despite playing in the backcourt, that has been no excuse for the guard putting his body on the line for rebounding opportunities, hustling in quickly and battling against bigger opponents. Throughout the spring, Delescinskis has been productive, building upon his skillset.
Kameren Davis – Riverdale Ridge
Davis shows intrigue as a 6’5 forward who runs the floor well and has upside anchoring the defensive glass. Through his junior season with Riverdale Ridge, the forward put up 5.5 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. Davis is capable matching up with 3s and 4s, proving strong enough to take bumps from drives. His growth in volume scoring the ball while attacking from kickouts or quick rotations will be a notable area going forward.
Braydan Bowling Braydan Bowling 6'2" | CG Pine Creek | 2024 State CO – Pine Creek – 7070 Athletics
Bowling is a fast paced guard who is a constant scoring off the dribble. The 6’2 guard will be a noteworthy name, given his dependable impact on both ends of the floor. Firstly, Bowling takes defense very seriously, digging into opposing ballhandlers while maintaining a low stance to remain sturdy. On offense, the guard is an intriguing shotmaker off the catch or as a pull-up shooter out of the pick and roll. There is no doubt Bowling will be a worthy contributor at Pine Creek, showing value in a variety of areas that impact winning.
