Tru Kendrick
Tru Kendrick
Kendrick has had himself a breakout Spring. He’s raised his level of play across the board as a forward at the 16u level. He’s playing with confidence, using size and body effectively in the paint area, improved foot work. He’s scoring the right way, making good decisions with the ball, rebounding and defending his position.
We like his overall play from the guard position. He has a quality skill set, along with good playmaking abilities. He’s a solid body speedy guard who can play both guard positions right now. He has the speed to stay on ball and disrupt at times. His mid-range off the dribble goes down with some consistency, he can hit the open 3ptr.
Highlights
At 6’5 Walker is a long arm wing/guard with form and range to knock down the 3pt shot. He’s on the streaky side but does have to be accounted for. He has length, and foot speed to guard on the perimeter, and in the post. He’s underrated as a rebounder.
Highlights
He’s a quick guard with slick handles and is as tough as they come when he’s on the court. At 6’0 he has the speed and quickness to blow by defenders in transition. He has the toughness to challenge and take hits on the drive into the paint. His mid-range off the dribble goes in, he has a floater in the paint. His facilitator skills are improving.
Tyler Smith
Tyler Smith
He’s an energetic guard that gets everybody going with his play. He has a quality set of point guard skills, and he can shoot the ball. He’ll drop a 3 on the perimeter, keep bigs off balance on the drive. Standing at 5’8, he best looking, and pushing in transition passing it up or pulling up on the dime at mid-range. He plays 15u
Tyler Bailey
Tyler Bailey
Bailey has lengthy arms and a frame that will fill out more later on. He has the handles to create shots for himself. He’ll get into the paint for jumpers and floaters, he knocked down a 3ptr. He makes good passes up court. He’ll get rebounds at the 15u level. He has good speed, and lateral movement to defend in open court. He plays 15u
Elijah Hayeems
Elijah Hayeems
He’s a newcomer that caught our attention quickly. He played 16, and 17u at his event. He’s a long wiry prospect with a growing skill set. He has good bounce going after rebounds out of his area. He can defend multiple positions. He’s a good court runner, he can put it on the floor to create. He’ll knock down corner 3’s. He’s on the Wright’s Watch List.
