Travis Green lll (All Things Retro): A 6’2 guard from Hazelwood Central who stayed in attack mode throughout the weekend. He puts constant pressure on the defense and he can also pull up and hit the mid range jumper. He’s one of the most energetic kids that you’ll see.
*****
Santana Bolden (LHBA): A 6’0 guard from Clayton who was one of the most impressive offensive players that I watched during the weekend. He’s a three-level scorer with a quick first step, which he used to beat defenders constantly. He was also shooting the 3-pointer well.
*****
Chris Ketchum (All Things Retro): A versatile 6’4 small forward from St. Charles who can help his team from several spots on the floor. He spent a lot of time inside scoring and rebounding but he is also a capable playmaker on the perimeter. He is a solid ball handler who can find his open teammates with some deft passing.
*******
Darric Smith (LHBA): A 6’4″ forward from Parkway North who plays a powerhouse game around the basket. He’s blue collar all the way around the basket with his scoring and relentless pursuit of rebounds. He was constantly getting out of his area to grab boards. He also was one of the leaders in getting putbacks of players that I watched. He used his strong body well inside to post up strong and score and draw fouls in the paint.
******
Kobi Jones (All Things Retro): A 5’10” point guard from University City who has good quickness and a nice feel for the game. He plays fast, but he displayed some good court vision as he was dropping dimes while on the move. He also has an uncanny ability to get buckets amongst the trees with his athleticism and very good body control in traffic.
********
Sam Anderson Sam Anderson 6'3" Kirkwood | 2024 MO (LHBA): A 6’4″ small forward who does his best when he was attacking the basket. He would turn and face and his go-to move was the spin-dribble, which he was able to execute in heavy traffic and get up a good shot. His energy and activity was excellent as he got on the boards and hustled for loose balls.
