Physical, banger that competes. Plays hard and is a vocal leader. Robinson was one of the best rim runners I saw getting a few easy baskets simply by changing ends.
Scrappy on ball defender suited up for the state champs. JPT harassed opposing ballhandlers, allowing him to get his hands on a few loose balls. He was able to convert his forced turnovers into points scoring in transition.
Udom was one of the better athletes atcthe event. He threw down a couple of impressive dunks showing good explosion off two feet. The bouncy wing also showed flashes of ball skills Makin some strong drives using both his left and right hand.
Martin’s provides instant and obvious size. The glue guy battled on the board while doing a superb job of rim running. His size and length could be a critical weapon for a Shadow team with good perimeter talent.
The power guard caught my eye with his physical skills. He played with terrific speed, exploding to the rim. The guard showed good body control absorbing contact as he finished at the rim.
First look at Coke and he made an impression with his signature skill. Not only was the guard a new face but he also was one of the top snipers I saw at the event. He showed a quick release nailing several threes in the game I watched.
