Continue ReadingA must-have at the D-III level. Hutchinson is a terrific stretch-four. He’s a lights out shooter, capable of hitting the three but also going into the post to sink turnaround jumpers. Where Hutchinson has grown the most is with his athleticism and ability to attack downhill. Noah plays above the rim with relative ease, finishing with dunk after dunk. He can also get to the hoop and finish with either hand. Warren Wilson has offered.
Highlights
Tobi Ijiwoye
Tobi Ijiwoye
Coaches have to love how hard Tobi plays. The forward is an adept slasher with a high motor. He snatches rebounds and goes coast to coast. He breaks off sharp eurosteps and has a quick bounce to the rim. Ijiwoye plays much bigger than his height. He brings versatility on the defensive end of the floor.
Pitts is a toolsy swingman. He has the length and athleticism to impact a college roster. Landen has a nice all-around floor game. He’s an effective defender that can guard all over the floor. On offense, he is primarily a slasher but has made strides with his outside shot and can hit the mid-range jumper off the dribble.
Antonio Johnson
Antonio Johnson
The physicality of Antonio Johnson was overwhelming. He’s a true wrecking ball when he gets to the hoop. The lefty is a tough isolation player. He uses a crossover to plant his foot and get to the hoop. He will spin off defenders and hang for buckets. Antonio does a great job powering through contact.
This wiry scorer could make a college program look smart. Crawford is a true three-level scorer. He has a smooth offensive game and a slick handle to get him to his spots. He explodes to the rim for finishes. On the perimeter he has creativity that opens up space and allows him to take uncontested shots. His wingspan is effective on defense as he can alter shots and shoot into passing lanes. Crawford is trending upward. I think he could flourish at the right landing spot.
